The slide 14 moves in the direction of the arrow 16 in directions 17 so that one of the crying gripper lever 12 or 13 reaches the device for fastening the tool 3 or 5. The slide 14 together with the guides 17 is mounted on the frame 18, which, in turn, can move in the direction of arrow 19.
To move the frame serves as a drive 20, made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder. The direction of the arrow 19 corresponds to the axis of the device for attaching the tool 3 or 5, so that when the actuator 20 is turned on, the locking lever can place the tool in the appropriate device for fastening the tool or take it from there.
In the drawing, reference numerals 21, 22 denote tappets.
A control device is provided that coordinates the movements of individual parts and regulates the process of changing tools.
Multi-station machine works in the following sequence.
The gripping lever after turning 90 takes the position shown in the drawing. The control device controlled drive drives the magazine disk 8 until the required tool is located opposite the grip 12 of the grip lever 11. The pusher 21 located between the grip 12 and the disk of the magazine 8 pushes the tool fixed in the hole 10, for example, with a clamp terminal from the clamp or from the disk of the magazine 8 into the gripper 12, which then clamps the tool. After that, the gripping lever 11, in the process of moving the slide 14, moves until the other gripper 13 is located opposite the device for fastening the tool 3 or 5, in which the failed tool is located. The actuator 20 moves the frame 18 of the slide 14 with the locking lever in the direction of the arrow 19 so that the gripper 13 can clamp the tool to be replaced and, after loosening the fastening, remove it from the attachment device.
After that, the locking lever 11 is rotated 180 °, delivers the new tool to the appropriate device for fastening the tool and then, together with the slide 14, moves to the middle position and supplies the unusable tool to the corresponding hole 10 of the magazine disk 8.
To place the tool in the hole 10, there is a pusher 22 located, as well as a pusher 21 between the grip. 12 and the magazine disk 8. The ram 22 pulls the used tool out of the grip and places it in the disk opening of the magazine 8, where it is then fixed.
Further, the locking lever 11 is deflected by 90 and takes up a neutral position. The magazine disk is rotated 180 into the loading and unloading position, so that during operation of the multi-station machine, the used tool is manually removed from the magazine disk cell and replaced with a new one.
Technical and economic effect is achieved by reducing the service time of the machine.

1. A multi-position metalworking machine comprising —cased actuators, a tool magazine and a tool block transport unit from the tool magazine to a machining position, characterized in that, in order to increase serviceability, the tool block transport unit is made to tool shop with each machining position.

2. The machine according to claim 1, wherein the transportation unit instrumental blocks is made in the form of a gripping lever and a sled, while the gripping device is mounted on the sled with the possibility of rotation.

3. The machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the gripping lever is made rotatable around an axis inclined to the vertical plane.
