The unloading mechanism 2 consists of a clamping device 46 serving to remove packs of sheets 4 from the racks 4 and a stacking elevator 48 for receiving packs 47.
The clamping device 46 contains interacting with each other, the other upper 49 and lower 50 sponges, the carriage 51, where the lower jaws 50 are reinforced, and the upper jaws 49 are mounted with the possibility of rotation from known mechanisms.
The jaws 49 and 50 have protruding ends 52 for clamping the pack 47 when the device is inserted inside the next chute 5, the carriage 51 being mounted for reciprocating movement between the racks 4 and the stacking elevator 48, has a combination of a pin 53 with a slot 54.
A stacking elevator 48 is located beneath by moving jaw 46, comprises a platform 55 for receiving packs held by rods 56. Each rack 4 has a rectangular frame consisting of lower 57 and reversed 58 transverse elements, vertical side elements 59, which are together with the vertical elements 30, the mounting wheels 20 are movable in the guides 19 of the channel.
Sorting device for sheets works as follows.
First, install the racks 4 so that they both were in the top. position, and facing the conveyor 41 for the sheets 39, and the other is opposite the unloading mechanism 2,

Claims (2)
[1]
- In the position shown in FIG. 1, the rack of the rack 4 is turned down (provided that the rack 4 moves downwards in the direction of the arrow) to a position close to horizontal, due to the position of its roller pusher 8 on the lower portion 35 of the profile guide 9 The next tray 5-10 above tray 5-9, as well as the other trays located above it, is placed with a large angle of inclination, due to the fact that the corresponding roller pushers 8 are located on the upper portion 36 of the guide 9. As a result, the inlet opening lotto 5-9 expands to ease into it a sheet or sheets. The similar inlet of the lock located opposite the resrutted mechanism 2 of the second rack 4 expands when this rack is moved up or down to facilitate unloading a stack of sheets 47 from it. For example, you need to make five copies of a document or nineteen pages, and the stella 4 against the discharge mechanism 1 is raised in the upper position. The first sheet, representing the first page of the book’s copy, is unloaded by the vehicle 38 to the lowest tray 5-1 located opposite the rack 4. The rack 4 is lowered by the electric motor 25 and as it moves down, the roller pusher 8 of each sheet slides down the inclined slope 37 to the bottom section 36 of the profile guide 9, in order to temporarily disperse the inlet opening of the rack 4, when the latter passes into place opposite the exit of the conveyor 41 of the vehicle 38. When the trays 5-2 and 5-19 come to the working position opposite ends of pa 41, they include an instance representing the first page of the book. After the introduction of the last instance of the first page, i.e. Number 19, in Tray 5-19, the process is repeated for pages 2-5 of the book. Conveniently, the first instance of the page two books can be inserted into tray 5-19, which is in position opposite the conveyor 41. After this, the rack 4 can be raised to gradually open the next inlets of the trays 5-19 to 5- 1 and insert page two copies therein into the trays 5 next to each other. The process is repeated until the last copy of page five of the book is ready. After the completion of the sorting operation, i.e. After installing the 19th instance of the fifth page of the book in the tray 5-19, the electric motor 14 of the rotary two-positioned rotary table 7 is activated to rotate the racks 4 by 180 ° in order to bring the new racking 4 to the vehicle 38dl. ditch At the same time, the used rack 4, which contains nineteen complete copies of the book, refers to the unloading mechanism 2. To facilitate rotation of the turntable 2-position table 7 with the shelves 4, the latter are raised to the highest position. shelving and adjacent nodes. Similarly, the used rack 4 can be moved downward to temporarily feed each individual sheet of this row to the location of the clamping device 46 of the unloading mechanism 2. When the tray 5-17 of the rack is positioned against the clamping device 46, the carriage 51 moves forward to insert the device 46 together with open jaws 49 and 50 partially in the tray, while the gripping edges 52 of the jaws overlap the edge of the finished package in tray 5. Then the jaws 49 and 50 are closed to grip the package by turning ota; the upper jaw 49 down towards the fixed jaw 50, after that, the carriage 51 is pulled back to remove the clamping device 46. together with the pack 47 seized by it from the tray and move the stack to the place opposite the platform 55 of the stacking hoist 48. In ets5m in place, sponges 49 and 50 may open to allow the finished pack to fall onto lift 48. The process is repeated to empty each tray 5, with the rack 4 moving downward to move each tray 5 to jig 46. After the last tray 5 is empty, the rack 4 can be raised back to its original position and ready for loading. When the number of instances to be manufactured exceeds the capacity of the rack 4, the second rack can be used to continue sorting, while the preloaded rack is lowered to the unloading mechanism
[2]
2. Thus, a virtually infinite number of copies can be made. The presence of a rotary drive positioning table, on which the sorting mechanism and a mechanism for temporarily changing the spacing between trays, is located, helps to increase the productivity of the device and expands its technological capabilities. Claims Sorting device for sources containing loading and unloading mechanisms and a sorting mechanism including at least two racks laid out on the carrier column and racks consisting of a series of horizontal trays installed with the possibility of vertical displacement, which is device performance and expansion. of its technological capabilities, it has a driving rotary two-part projection table on which the sorting mechanism is located and a mechanism for the change in the distance between the trays, consisting of the roller mounted on the trays
t (kateli, interacting with prpf11nymi guides, scattered on the carrier column.
