专利说明:
The invention relates to the cladding of wall fencing and roofing for buildings of various types, and more specifically, to a cladding panel of sheet metal, for example, steel with surface treatment, aluminum or copper, for cladding facades, walls and roofing panels. The aim of the invention is the creation of a facing, finishing panel-skin of a metal sheet, which would eliminate the above disadvantages and could be mounted in a fairly simple way and quickly without the use of special fasteners such as tape and strip linings or clamps, but only using standard fasteners such as screws or nails, and with all this without the need for mutual matching of the panels, which means the possibility of manufacturing the claimed panels in the factory and used olzovaniya in the form of prefabricated elements. In Fig.1 shows a General top view of a panel of sheet metal: in Fig. 2 is an end view of the panel in FIG. 1: in FIG. 3 a planimetric pattern of the corner of the sheet metal panel of FIG. 1: in FIG. 4 is a general top view of a facing sheet panel representing an embodiment designed for connection to a waterproofing apron: in FIG. 5 is a bottom perspective view of the corner of the panel of FIG. 4: FIG. 6 is a planimetric pattern of the corner portion of the panel of FIG. 4, 5; in FIG. 7 is a General view from above, explaining the principle of assembly of panels of metal sheets; in FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a panel along the plane AA in FIG. 7; in FIG. 9 is a general front view of the junction of the panel with the waterproofing apron. Panel 1 of sheet metal consists of a thin sheet of aluminum, copper or surface-treated steel and is intended as a cladding or 1828482 AZ shinka external walls or roofing of buildings. The composition of each such panel includes the main middle part 2, which can be completely flat, concave or convex in cross section. This part does not have to be completely in one plane, as shown in the drawings, in principle, it can have a ribbed cross-section in the form of a corrugation in the transverse and longitudinal directions, which makes it possible to increase its load-bearing properties. If the panel is intended for facing external walls or facades, its middle part 2 may have a three-dimensional relief of a decorative nature. On one of the longitudinal edge parts 3, each panel has a lateral edge protruding upward, the length of which is equal to the length of the middle part 2. On the opposite bent side, the panel 1 has a flange shelf 5, made in the plane of the middle part 2 (Fig. 1 and 2), or slightly lower than the indicated plane, or the lowest point of part 2, at least by a distance corresponding to the thickness of the sheet from which the panel is made. Accordingly, the upper side 6 of the flange shelf 5 may be in line with the lower side 7 of the middle part 2 of the panel or with an offset downward for this part, as shown by the dashed line 8 in FIG. 2. In the flange shelf 5, holes 9 are made, distributed with the appropriate pitch and designed for fastening means such as nails, pins, screws, etc. Between the middle, part 2 of the panel and the flange shelf 6 made at the same time there is a vertical element 10 protruding upward, the upper part of which is bent downward, forming a pblufalz or bend 11, forming an acute angle by the element 10, the distance from the edge 12 of this half-flange to the upper side 6 of the flange the flange should be greater than the height of the longitudinal edge 4, which, in turn, should have a slightly lower height compared to the distance between the upper side of the flange flange 5 and the top of the half-flange 11. so that during installation the edge 4 of one panel can be brought under the half-flange 11 of another already fixed panel (see Fig. 7 and 8). The end edges 13. 14 of the flange shelf 5 are shortened and respectively recessed a certain distance inward from the perimeter of the middle part 2 in order to provide the necessary overlap between the two edge parts 15 and 16 of the panel. In addition, in this case, the outer part 17 of the double-walled rib ends at the level of the end edge 13 or 14 of the shelf 5, the same applies to the inner wall 18 of the double-walled fold (Fig. 3). In FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the cladding panel 1. This embodiment is different from that shown in FIG. 1 in that the side edge 4 and the vertical element 10 extend beyond the edge 15 of the middle part of the panel, forming protruding outward tongues 19 and 20 whose lower sides are cut to bevel. This is most clearly shown in FIG. 6. where the pattern of the end longitudinal part of the workpiece is presented, from which when bending along the lines 21 a longitudinal edge profile 22 of the panel is formed. Another difference of the panel option is the presence of a valve 23 on part 15 of the middle part 2. This valve or shelf bends at an acute angle to the back side of the middle part 2, forming a half-folded bend (Fig. 5). This variant of the panel is intended for connection with a conventional waterproofing apron 24, as shown in Fig.9. The apron 24 has a flanged, bent upper edge part 25, into which the edge tongue 23 is inserted during installation, after which this connection unit is folded. The protruding edges 4 and 10 of the panel are launched on the vertical shelf 26 of the waterproofing apron, overlapping it overlapping at a certain distance down in the direction of the inclined protruding portion 27 of the apron. In turn, the flange edge 5 of the panel 1 is attached to the crate 28. When carrying out the method of assembly, installation of the panels on the elements of the pre-transverse transverse crate 28, the panels to be connected are already fixed with their flange shelf 5 and with the help of screws 29 on the boards of the crate 28, the edge 4 of the panel is inserted into the plufalts of panel 1 (Fig. 8), after which it remains to be folded using the appropriate bending machine to dock panel 1, it is only necessary to bring its edge 4 under the bent part of the panel and bend all of this assembly down and to the batten boards 28, to which, with screws or nails, fastens the shelf 5 of the panel. the installation of the panel ends here, and the next panel can be docked to it in exactly the same simple way, and, what is remarkable, for this, in addition to screws or nails, some special fasteners are not required. Joints can be sealed using an edge bending machine, without the need for overlaying sheet joints of strips from other auxiliary parts used to join known facing panels.
