The invention relates to medicine, in particular to guiding catheters used in the expansion of the coronary arteries of the heart. The basis of the invention is the task of creating a guiding catheter that provides continuous blood supply to the coronary arteries and prevents the flow of contrast medium from it into the aorta while the catheter performs the guiding function.
