The invention relates to building structures and relates to fasteners for doors, more specifically, devices for translating door panels into an open (closed) state by spring force, and these door panels are of a rotary type.
The invention is based on solving the problem of interconnecting the parts of the hinge-support to obtain a short connection, which can be used in cases where the door panel partially engulfs the side wall of the furniture or if the door panel is built into the cabinet frame.
A hinge is known having a spring-loaded locking mechanism including a hinge bracket, which is attached through two base plates to its side wall through two base plates and is connected to the hinge support by means of two pivoting hinge levers. The latter is inserted into the corresponding blind hole in the door panel of the furniture and secured there with screws.
A spring chamber is mounted on the portion of the loop bracket from the side of the loop rotary levers along the lever, which is connected to the latter by means of a pin related to the internal rotary loop lever inside the bracket. In this chamber, along the hinge bracket, a coil spring is placed, accommodating a stop bolt that contacts the portion of the inner pivot arm of the loop within the loop bracket, this portion being provided with a cam. At the front end, the stop bolt has a bevel facing the pivot arm of the hinge and the base plate.

Thanks to the placement of the spring along the hinge bracket, it is possible to internally place the spring of any length, but to interact with them, you need a large cam-pusher of the internal rotary lever in the loop lever, which leads to a long stroke of the spring, which weakens the effect of the increased spring length. The need for a long bracket affects the cost of the product. Making the hinge brackets is complicated if the door panel is built into the frame or if the door panel partially overwhelms the side wall of the furniture, since in these cases relatively high and curved hinge brackets are required.
Another disadvantage of this known solution is that due to the small bearing area between the extension of the spring chamber and the cam of the internal pivoting lever of the loop, high surface pressures arise, which lead to rapid wear of the elements at lower loads.
The purpose of the invention is the improvement of the performance of the furniture hinge.
A spring assembly is mounted on the hinge bracket, which includes a chamber, on the base part of which there is a protrusion for the spring, and on its side walls there are two inclined grooves for receiving a pin held by the curved surface of the plastic control cam with a bell-shaped cross section. Due to its shape, the cam is connected to the counterpart of the inner loop lever.
When the door is opened, the inner hinge lever and therefore the plastic control cam rotate around the hinge pin connecting the inner hinge lever and the hinge bracket. As a result, the snap-on part of the plastic control cam pushes the rod guided in the lateral inclined grooves of the spring chamber, which leads to compression of the latter. Upon further opening of the door panel, the sliding part defined by the circle follows the latched part of the plastic control cam; whose center is in the loop rod of the internal lever. Thus, when the door panel is further opened, the core slides along the sliding part of the plastic control lever, which makes it possible to softly and evenly open the door up to the final position when it is fully open.
When the furniture door is closed, the hinge lever and with it the plastic control cam also move in the opposite direction until the sliding rod moving along the sliding part of the plastic control cam reaches the snap part of the latter. A rod inserted into the inclined grooves of the chamber, subjected to the force of the spring loading it, starts to repel the plastic control cam, and with it also the internal lever of the loop. The resulting torque results in a closed door position.
In FIG. 1 shows a furniture hinge, a transverse vertical section, in a latched state (door closed); in FIG. 2 - the same with the door open.
The furniture hinge has a bracket 1, which is connected to the support 2 by the rotary unit by means of an external pivot arm 3 and an internal pivot arm
4. The support 2 is inserted inside a shallow blind hole 5 in the panel of the door 6 of the furniture frame. On the side wall of the furniture frame is fixed the base plate 7 of the furniture hinge, on which the fixed bracket of the hinge 1 is attached by means of a fixing screw 8 and an adjusting screw 9.
The furniture loop clicks into place when the spring assembly 10 and the plastic control cam 11 interact. The spring assembly 10 is inserted into the bracket of the hinge 1, the cross section of which has a box-shaped shape. The spring assembly 10 is connected to the hinge bracket 1 by an axis 12 connecting the inner pivot arm 4 and the hinge bracket 1. The axis 12 is inserted through the side walls of the chamber 13 of the spring 14. The plastic control cam 11 generally borders the inner pivot arm 4 in the region of the axis 12 of the arm 4. The assembly of the spring 10 consists of a chamber 13 and a spring 14, with a cross section of the rear of the chamber, which faces to the bracket 1 of the loop, is box-shaped. The cross section of the front of the chamber 13 is also box-shaped. On the side walls of the front of the chamber 13, supports for the axis 12 are provided, the rear of the chamber 13 is closed and provided with a defining protrusion 15, which serves to install a longitudinally placed spring 14. The side walls of the chamber 13 have inclined grooves 16, into which a rod 17 holding the spring is inserted 14. With the rotational movement of the panel 6, the rod 17 moves along the inclined grooves 16, thereby actuating the spring 14.

In order to ensure a short connection of the spring 14, despite the fact that the radius R is relatively large, a gear engagement is formed in the assembly 10 formed by the transmitting rod 17 and the inclined grooves 16 of the chamber 13 in cooperation with the cam 11 with the sliding part 18. The result of this is that the compression stroke of the springs 14 is limited to parallel protrusion of the trajectory of the rod 17 in inclined grooves 16 from the axis of symmetry of the longitudinally located spring 14. To prevent direct contact of the rod 17 and the spring 14, the free end of the last minutes provided the disc-shaped insert 19 which forces spring 14 to act always horizontally relative position of the rod 17 in the inclined grooves 16.
In cross section, the plastic control cam 11 is bell-shaped. Its inner contour 20 corresponds to the surface of the internal pivot arm 4. The size of the control cam 11 is determined by the radius R of the sliding part 18, the center of which is the axis 12. The snap part 21 of the cam 11 serves to generate a closing torque and. due to this, holding the panel 6 of the furniture door in the closed position. An internal pivot arm 4, provided with a plastic control cam 11, is inserted between the side walls of the chamber 13 of the spring 14 and connected to them by a pin 12. In the closed position, the shaft 17 holds the latch portion 21 of the cam. The rod 17 is loaded by the force of the spring 14, which is transmitted through the rod 17 to the cam 11. As a result, a moment of rotation is created which holds the door panel 6 in the closed position.
When the door is opened, the pivoting lever 4 is shifted around the axis 12. This movement means moving the cam 11, which, by means of its latching part 21, pushes the rod 17 along the inclined slots 16, thereby compressing the spring 14. At a certain angle of opening the door, the latching part 21 of the cam 11 is replaced the sliding part 18. From now on and until the door is fully open, the sliding part 18 of the cam 11 slides along the shaft 17, which makes it possible to softly and evenly open the door.
When closing the door 6, the cam 11 also slides along the shaft 17 by means of its sliding part 18. At a certain angle, the sliding part 18 of the cam 11 is replaced by the latching part 21 before closing. At this moment, the shaft 17 starts to push the cam 11 through the spring 14. and thereby the door 6 until it clicks into the closed position.

A furniture hinge, in particular a hinge support, consisting of two blocks, one of which is fixed, has means for adjustable fastening on the base plate, the other, swivel, has means for installation on the sash, containing a pair of levers for articulating the blocks, one of which the inner one is equipped with a cam located on its outer surface in the zone of connection of the lever with the axis in the fixed block, and the block fixing unit with the shutter open and closed, including the spring mounted in the fixed block, in a box-shaped bracket with the possibility of interaction with the cam of the internal lever, characterized in that, in order to improve performance, the spring of the unit fixing unit interacts with the cam of the internal lever by means of a transmission rod installed in the guide grooves made in the side walls of the box-shaped bracket, and disk-shaped inserts „the longitudinal axis of the guide grooves is at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the spring.
