(54) KNOT OF MOBILE SLIDING DOORS
(57) SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: The surface of the treadmill of the support roller is placed on the inner edge and top shelf, at its limb, and a backup treadmill for the support roller is formed symmetrically on the lower shelf of the track. The pulley is made with an insert, which is made of rubber or polyurethane. 2 hp f-ly, 1 ill.
The invention relates to a hinge assembly of a sliding door, which is used, in particular, in elevators.
The goal is to increase the reliability of work.
The drawing shows a sliding door in a section.
The sliding door 1 has a C-shaped section 2, a door bracket 3 supporting the movable door panel 4. The bracket pulley assembly 5 is rotatably mounted on the door bracket 3. The assembly 5 includes a bearing 6, a pulley, and an insert 8. Node 5 is mounted rotatably on bracket 3 by means of axis 9. During operation, node 5 supports with clamp sliding bracket 3 and with its help door panel 4 of 2V guide. Insert 7 can be made of non-metallic material (rubber or polyurethane) to reduce level the noise that occurs when the pulley 7 is rolling along the guide 2.
The assembly also comprises a support roller 10, which is rotatably mounted on the bracket 3 through the shaft 11 of the support roller.
The guide 2 is fixed in such a way that it provides support for the bracket 3 and the door panel 4, for example, through a bolt 12 that secures the guide 2, for example, to the holder 13. The guide 2 is shaped and installed in such a way that it forms an outer an upper rolling surface 14, along which the unit 5 rolls during normal operation, and also forms a treadmill 15 and a backup treadmill 16, along which the support roller 10 rolls and which limit the movement of the roller. The guide 2 also contains the folds of the 17 and 18 shelves, which limit the support roller 10, as a result of which the bracket 3 with the door panel 4 attached to the guide 2 is prevented from detaching.
The guide 2 spans the support roller 10 to prevent the support roller from escaping into the interior of the guide 2. The bends 17 and 18 sufficiently close the support roller 10 to prevent lateral displacement of the support roller 10 from the inside of the guide 2.

In normal use of the sliding door 1, the assembly 5 provides rolling support for the bracket 3 and the door panel 4 and rolls along the outer upper surface 14 of the guide 2. As the assembly insert 8 wears out, the bracket 3 will fall downwardly relative to the guide 2, causing reduction of the support roller 10 within the guide 2. This relative downward movement stops when the support roller 10 abuts against the backup treadmill 16,
The support roller 10 may be made of any material that can withstand the load, however, it is preferable that it was made of steel. Consequently, when fire occurs, the insert 8, which, as noted above, can be made of synthetic material (nylon or other plastic material), can melt and therefore will no longer support bracket 3. In connection with this, the sliding door 1 continues to provide rolling support for the door panel
4 through the support roller 10 and the backup runway 16 of the guide 2, In this case, the support roller 10 made of, for example, steel will allow the door panel 4 to move freely, albeit with noise. As indicated above, the support roller 10 also contacts the treadmill 15 under less complicated circumstances when the pulley is simply worn out. Under these conditions, the operation of the sliding door panel 4 is noisy and indicates to the maintenance personnel that the pulley should be replaced.
Therefore, the hinge assembly of the sliding door prevents the knotting of the knot.

The shape of guide 2 also has the advantage of being reversible. Guide 2 can simply be turned upside down so that the reserve running track is located at the top. It should also be noted that guide 2 can serve both a left-side guide and a right-side guide because of its symmetrical configuration. Although such a reversible configuration is preferred, this reversibility is not mandatory.

1. A hitch assembly of a sliding door on a rail, including a door bracket, mounted on it for rotation by a pulley of the bracket and a metal support roller, interacting with the surfaces of treadmills formed on the opposite faces of one of the rails of the guide having C-shaped a section with the flanges of the shelves facing each other, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability of operation, the surface of the treadmill of the support roller is placed on the inner edge of the upper shelf at its limb, and symmetrically on the lower olke guideway formed spare treadmill for the support roller.
