The invention relates to electric machine control devices, in particular, to control pedals of a sewing electric machine. The aim of the invention is to improve ease of use during transport. Fig, 1 shows a sewing machine equipped with the proposed pedal; in fig. 2 - pedal, front view; in fig. 3 - part of the internal pedal mechanism; in fig. 4 - pedal with partial digging, plan. The sewing machine shown in FIG. 1, has a base 1, a bottom stand 2, a stand 3, and an upper stand 4 on which a clip for material 5 is mounted. This electric machine is powered by a plug 6 for inserting into the plug-in connector of a distribution network, the current being fed to the control pedal 7, which is connected by an electric cord 8 to the electric motor of the sewing machine. Pedal 7 has a movable member 9, designed to be operated by the user's foot, the tip of which is usually located on the base plate 10. This member 9 provides the starting of the machine and the speed control of the stitching. The pedal 7 has a body 11 and a portion 12 on both sides of this body, forming a bobbin for winding a cord on it, on which the plug 6, or cord 8, is placed. FIG. 2 shows the pedal 7 in the off position, in which the organ 9, made in the form of a handle, is bent upward from the plate 10. It can also be seen that the electric cord 8 was wound around its part forming the bobbin. Finally, in FIG. Figure 2 also shows with dashed lines the extreme positions of the organ 9 for the position of use, namely the position 9a corresponding to the stop of the machine and the position 96 corresponding to its maximum speed. As can be seen on 3 and 4, the movable body 9 is made l-shaped, having a central crossbar 13 and two lateral responses. with Xi oh oh Os N CJ 14, the loose ends of these latter are interconnected by a rod 15. This rod rotates in the support bearings 16 and 17, which are integral with the side walls of the housing 11. On the rod 15 there are two cams 18 and 19. The cam 18 acts on the switch 20 and is intended to act on the switch to interrupt the power supply of the machine, after the organ 9 has moved away from its position 9a to move it to its position that allows the pedal to be moved and set when it is in the off position. Thereby, greater reliability is achieved, avoiding any untimely start of the machine, for example, in the event of a defect in the electrical element that provides power to the engine. The other cam 19 has the shape of a finger designed to act on the rod 21, such as a potentiometer, while this rod is pulled away by a spring 22 placed in the housing 23. It should be noted that a disk 24 is also mounted on the rod 15, having an oblique hole 25 in which there is a ball 26 exposed to the spring 27, and this ball is engaged with the groove 28 of the bearing 16. This arrangement forms an elastic groove for holding the organ 9 in its transport position. The control pedal has been described in terms of use for a sewing machine, but it goes without saying that it can be used for any apparatuses or machines whose operation they want to control with the control pedal. Claims (5) [1] 1. An electric machine control pedal, preferably a sewing machine, comprising a housing and a movable member, designed to be operated by the user's foot and set in two positions, one of which is inoperable and the other in operation, in which this member acts on a variable electrical element serving for starting up and controlling the speed of the machine and an electrical cord for connecting the pedal to the machine, characterized in that, in order to improve ease of use during transport, the said body has arm shape. [2] 2. A pedal according to claim 1, characterized in that it has a switch for turning off the electric element when the handle is in the transfer position. [3] 3.
