The invention relates to compositions on smallpox polyorganosiloxanes and can be used to obtain elastic substrates having a shore hardness of less than 40 and used as a matrix for stamping sheets by elastoforming.
The known polymer composition includes a, co-dihydroxyorgano-polysiloxane with a viscosity of 20-500,000 MPa – s at 25 ° C, a mineral filler, ethyl silicate, and a tin-containing catalyst.
However, this composition provides substrates with a Shore 00 hardness of less than 40 and cannot be used as a matrix for stamping sheets by elastoforming.
The closest to the technical essence of this invention is the well-known polymer composition, including diorganopolysiloxane with a viscosity of 400-3000 cPa at 25 ° C, silica filler, water and a nitrogen-containing catalyst.
However, this composition does not provide an elastic substrate with a Shore 00 hardness of less than 40 (Shore A hardness is 23-27) and cannot be used as a matrix for stamping sheets by elastoforming.
The aim of the invention is to obtain an elastic substrate having a Shore 00 hardness of less than 40 and used as a matrix for stamping sheets by elastoforming.
The goal is achieved by the fact that a polymeric composition comprising dioorganopolysiloxane. silica filler and curing catalyst, contains as a dioorganopolysiloxane a, w. - dihydroxymethylpolysiloxane, dibutyltin dilaurate as a curing catalyst, and additionally contains ethyl silicate and dioorganopolysiloxane oil with a viscosity of 50-100 MPa -c at 25 ° C in the following ratio of components, in May.

The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1. Preparing a Ci composition, mixing:
100 ma.ch. a, w-dihydroxymethyl-poly-siloxane oil with a viscosity of 60000 MPa-s at 25 ° C;
95 parts of dimethylpolysiloxane oil, blocked at each end by a fragment (CH3) s5Uo.5 with a viscosity of 50 mP at 25 ° C;
135 ma.ch. crushed silica with grain size between 0.5 and 10 microns, containing 400 ppm of water.
To 100 ma.ch. the composition of the Sch of the above, is added 2 ma.h. ethylsilane kata - 40 and 0.35 ma.ch. dibutyltin dilaurate; Composition C2 is obtained
When pouring out to 100 parts of composition C2, 60 mas is added. dimethylpolysiloxane oil, blocked at each end by a fragment (CH3) s3Uo, 5 with a viscosity of 100 mP at 25 ° C. The set is sewn at room temperature in a cylindrical form.
Shore 00 hardness in 24 hours equals 26. Miscibility with plasticizing oil is very good and this oil does not bleed out even when used on a press.

Miscibility is good and no sweating is observed. Shore 00 hardness measured 24 hours after crosslinking
