Ramming method for bad drilling mud circulation districts
专利摘要:
A method for plugging the areas of lost circulation occurred during the drilling of a well with the use of a drilling mud, and a lost circulation material to be used therefor. The lost circulation material comprising 1 to 90 parts by weight of a water-soluble solvent containing no active carbon atoms and hardly miscible with mineral oils and 10 to 99 parts by weight of a hydrophlic urethane prepolymer, and the method comprises injecting through the drilling pipe the lost circulation material sandwiched by a spacer of mineral oils, so as to allow the lost circulation material to penetrate into the lost circulation areas, to react with water which is present at the areas, and to plug the areas through its polymerization.
The invention relates to methods for the production of plugging operations of areas (zones) with impaired circulation, formed during the drilling of oil and gas wells using drilling mud. It is known to use isocyanate-containing prepolymers to isolate water supply zones and disturbed circulation of drilling fluids. The closest technical solution is an isolation method by pumping a urethane prepolymer solution into the insulated area. However, the method does not provide effective tamping violation of the circulation zones of the drilling fluid. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of tamping. The method is carried out by sequential injection of mineral oil, plugging material containing (by weight): 75-40 hydrophilic urethane prepolymer and water-soluble, difficult to mix with mineral oil solvent that does not contain active hydrogen atoms - into the zone with impaired circulation through the drill pipe. 60–25 and then mineral oil again, with the product of the reaction of a diisocyanate with a polypylene glycol having a molecular weight as the hydrophilic urethane prepolymer. h ABOUT Yu oh cl WITH su 3000-13000 u.s. and representing the product of polyaddition of ethylene oxide and lropylene oxide in the ratio from 90:10 to 70:30, and the diisocyanate used is selected from the group: toluene diisocyanate or isophorone diisocyanatyl or xylylene diisocyanate. As a water-soluble, hardly mixed with mineral oil solvent that does not contain active hydrogen atoms, use dimethyl ophthalmic ether or dithyl ether, tri-triethylene glycol, and / and diethyl ether dystieliglycol or / and N-methylpyrrolidone or y-butyrrolactan . Mineral oil injection delivers the tamping material between the layers of oil through the drill pipe to the treated circulation zone, where the urethane prepolymer reacts chemically with water to form a cement material. Example 1. When drilling an oil well, there is a severe disturbance of circulation 5 through cracks in a subterranean formation that passes along a displacement at a depth of 650 m. When trying to stop the circulation failure, a cement mortar was pumped twice into the well (10 tons each time). ), however, circulatory dysfunction did not stop. After that, the material was applied, as shown in figure 4. First, 200 l of kerosene as a layer 3 was pumped through the drill pipe, and then 500 kg of material were injected into the circulatory zone at a time. Then, 300 l of kerosene was pumped into the drill pipe as an interlayer. After stopping the injection for one hour, the circulation of the drilling fluid was restored, without losing it. Example 2. Disturbance of circulation was noted at a depth of 1770 m with a slight increase in the specific gravity of the drilling fluid. The drilling process was suspended. Immediately after the suspension of work, 200 kg of kerosene was pumped into the well and then 400 kg of material (2) followed by the introduction of 200 liters of kerosene. Injection was suspended for one hour, during which circulation disturbance could be completely eliminated. When restoring the drilling process, there was no loss of drilling fluid. The data for the examples are given in the table. Example 3. Disturbance of circulation occurs when drilling a gas well. through a soft graphite formation at a depth of 220 m. Despite the injection of 3 tons of cement slurry into the well, circulation disturbance has not been eliminated. To control Circulatory disturbances were used as follows: 200 liters of kerosene were pumped through the drill pipe, and 400 kg of material was eaten into it. Then 200 l of kerosene was pumped into the well. After 1 h was 0 restored circulation, confirming no circulation disturbance. After this confirmation, drilling was resumed. Example 4. Circulation Disruption 5 is marked at a depth of 1310 m during the drilling of an oil well. The drilling fluid escaped through the cracks formed in the solid sandstone formation. The breach did not stop after injection into the well. 0 20 tons of cement slurry, pumped 500 kg of material (4) through the drill pipe, using 400 liters of kerosene (interlayer) in such a way that this material was covered with an interlayer. After 1 h 500 kg of material (4) again 5 was introduced into the impaired circulation zone in the same way. Circulatory disturbance ceased completely within 1 hour, and the circulation of the drilling mud and the drilling process were resumed. 0 Based on the above examples, it can be concluded that the method is highly efficient in eliminating disturbed circulation of drilling mud in various geological conditions. 5 of the invention formula
