专利摘要:
The machine has a spindle which in its free end has a chucking fixture, designed as a collet. The chucking fixture is intended for a tool which can be fed into position and removed by a tool changing device. In this arrangement, a draw bar actuating the collet by axial displacement is guided in the spindle, and the tool, in each case on the spindle side, has a tool holding head with a centring taper in an inverted frustum shape, which centring taper can be gripped from the rear by the collet in its chucking position with a conical inner surface in order to clamp the tool against the spindle. The novel tool holding device according to the invention is characterised in that the collet (7) is provided with at least one T-shaped grooved portion (72) open on one side, in that the spindle end (2') has a T-shaped or rectangular grooved portion (22) at least on one side, and in that the grooved portions (72, 22) of collet (7) and spindle end (2') can be positioned in alignment with one another in such a way as to permit the tool holding head (1) to retract and extend from the side and respectively to the side. The tool change is simplified and accelerated by the invention. …<IMAGE>…

The invention relates to a machine tool industry and can be used to fasten a tool in spindles of machine tools such as a machining center, multi-purpose and others with an automatic tool change.
The aim of the invention is to reduce the tool change time by installing the tool holder in the spindle in a direction perpendicular to its axis.
1 shows a device for fastening a tool holder in a spindle of a cutting machine, a longitudinal section; figure 2 - the tool holder, a General view, in longitudinal section; in FIG. 3, view A in FIG. 2; Fig. 4 shows the same embodiment, in Fig. 3 a spindle of a cutting machine with a collet chuck installed in a not, longitudinal section; in Fig. 6, section B-B in Fig. 5; Fig. 7 is the same; embodiment; Fig. 3 shows a collet chuck in a position rotated 90a around its longitudinal axis, a longitudinal section; figure 9 - collet chuck, clamping finger, driving washer, holder and standard tool cartridge, axonometric view.
The device for fastening the tool holder in the spindle of the metal cutting machine comprises a flat base surface 1 at the end face of the spindle 2 of the metal cutting machine, designed to mate with the counter base surface 3 at the end face of the tool holder 4. In the spindle at the end of the spindle 5 is installed

grip in the form of a collet chuck 6 with an outer cylindrical surface
7, the inner conical surface
8, a T-shaped groove 9 and an end slot 10. In the axial bore 11 of the collet chuck 12 is placed, connected with it by means of the head 13 placed in the bore 14. The th ha 12 is located in the axial bore 15 of the spindle 2, and between its inner end and annular collar 16 has a package of 17 disk springs on a ton. The T-shaped groove 9 of the collet chuck is located in the same plane as the rectangular groove 18 formed on the spindle nose.
The tool holder 4 comprises a clamping finger 19 rigidly connected with it with an outer conical surface 20, designed to mate with a counter conical surface 8 of the collet, a cartridge 6, as well as a multi-arm, at least four shoulder, pulling puck 21. The latter is placed in made on the end of the holder on the side of the base surface 3 of the counter groove 22 and having on two opposite arms 23 and 24 end protrusions 25 and 26, designed to mate with a groove 18 on the spindle end. The shoulders 23 and 24 of the washer are located in the grooves of the recess 22 with a gap, and the shoulders 27 and 28 without end protrusions mate with the grooves of the recess. The outer surface of the washer 21 is recessed relative to the base surface 3 of the holder so that between it and the base surface 1 the spindle has -.
with a gap in position when the holder is fixed on the spindle.
In order to expand the technological capabilities of the device through the use of standard tool holders, a conical opening 29 under the shank 30 of a standard holder 31 and a centering hole are made in the holder 4.
32, extending into the recess 22 at the end of the holder 4. At the end of the holder 4, an annular flange 33 is provided in the recess, coaxially with the centering hole 32, which exceeds the height of the flood washer 21 in height of the clamping finger 19 and the stop collar 35 for mating respectively with the centering hole 32 and the end of the annular collar
33. At the same time, there is an external thread 36 at the end of the finger, by means of which it is pulled into a threaded hole in the shank 30 of a standard tool holder 31. When the clamping finger is tightened into the said hole, the movement of the drive washer 21 is limited by the stop shoulder 35 and it becomes permanently detachable from the holder.
Depending on the design of the device, the grooves 9 and 18, as well as the shoulders 23 and 24 with the end protrusions 25 and 26 can be made along a straight or arc line, depending on the trajectory of movement of the working body of the machine loading device. In the center of the drive washer 21, there is a hole 37 in which an annular flange 33 is located and through which the threaded end of the clamping finger 19 passes. Slot 10 in the walls of the collet chuck makes them somewhat elastic, which ensures that during the clamping process the holder has a virtually no backlash fit of the cartridge in the bore of 5 spindles.
The device works as follows.
When the plate-shaped Springs 17 are compressed from the power drive, the manipulator of the loading device brings the holder 4 to the spindle so that the protrusion 25 or 26 of the drive washer 21 enters the groove 18 of the spindle. With further movement of the holder in the transverse relative to the spindle

In the straight or circumferential direction of the clamping finger 19 of the holder, moving in the T-slot 9, comes to a position coaxial with the spindle, and the handle stops. The protrusions 25 and 26 in this position match the groove 18 of the spindle. The power drive frees up the thru 12, under the action of the package of 17 disk springs, the collet chuck 6 moves upwards. The conical surface 8 of the collet chuck, which interacts with the counter conical surface 20 of the clamping finger, centers the latter spindle along the axis, and under the action of the force transmitted to the holder, force closure of the base surfaces 1 and 3 and the holder clip in a coaxial position with the spindle is provided. During processing, the torque from the spindle to the holder is achieved by the interaction of the protrusions 25 and 26 of the drive washer 21 with the groove 18 of the spindle. If it is necessary to use standard holders, they are installed in the conical opening of the holder 4 and secured together with the drive washer 21 by means of the clamping finger 19.
