Reibscheibenkupplung mit einer Membranfeder, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit einer oder zwei Reibscheiben, bei der an dem Kupplungsgehäuse außerhalb des Reibscheibenumfanges mindestens drei Augen vorgesehen sind, an die bei der Einscheiben-Ausführung eine, bei der Zweischeiben-Ausführung zwei Druckplatten mittels an sich bekannter Gelenkfedern verankert sind, wobei bei der Zweischeiben-Ausführung mindestens drei zweiarmige im wesentlichen proportional verteilt angeordnete Hebel vorgesehen sind, deren eines Ende an das Kupplungsgehäuse und deren anderes Ende an die mit der Membranfeder in unmittelbarer Berührung befindliche Druckplatte verdrehbar angeschlossen sind. Der angegebene dazwischenliegende Angriffspunkt des zweiarmigen Hebels ist mit der anderen Druckplatte verbunden und zwischen der Membranfeder und der mit ihr in Berührung stehenden Druckplatte besteht eine Zwangsverbindung.

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in disc friction clutches, in particular vehicles, with one or two discs and diaphragm springs.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation by increasing the synchronism of removal of friction discs.
Figure 1 shows the disk friction clutch in the plan; figure 2 - friction clutch in single-disk performance, side view; on fig.Z - friction clutch in a double-disc version, side view.
The friction clutch disc, in particular, for vehicles includes a housing 1, on which three eyelets 2 are made at equal central angles of 120 °. A pressure plate 3 is attached to the eyelet 2 by means of three flat springs attached to its eyelets 4. Springs 5 are attached to eyelets 2 and 4 by means of rivets 6. A pressure element in the form of a diaphragm spring 7 contacts the surface of the pressure plate 3. The connecting elements made of iron are riveted to the pressure plate 3 together with flat springs 5 e tacks 8, adjacent to the membrane spring 7 and pressing it to the pressure plate 3. The friction disk 9 is placed between the flywheel 10 and the pressure plate 3.
The double-disk clutch (fig.Z and 1) is composed using parts of the previously presented single-plate clutch.
On the lugs 2 provided on the coupling body 1, a pressure plate 3 is attached by means of flat springs 5, and an additional pressure plate 11 is fixed by means of flat springs 12. The flat springs 5 and 12 are arranged on both sides of the eyes 2 and attached by rivets 6.
The design of the pressure plate 3 removed from the flywheel 10 and the membrane spring 7 is as described. On the pressure plate 11 adjacent to the flywheel 10, the lugs 13 are provided and the other end of the flat spring 12 is attached to them using rivets 14. The flat spring 12 is shorter than the flat spring 5, but can be made the same by changing the layout.

Claim 1. Friction clutch disc, in particular for vehicles, comprising a housing, two clutch friction discs, a pressure element, a single-disk pressure plate and an additional pressure plate, each fixed to the casing lugs by means of at least three flat springs connected with lugs of the pressure plates, while the pressure element and the pressure plate in contact with it are interconnected by means of at least one axially locking them connecting element, characterized by the fact that, in order to improve reliability in operation, it is equipped with at least three two-arm levers, one ends
