A device for stopping vehicles is known, comprising a plate for interacting with a vehicle, hinged by a front end on a base that can be rotated in a longitudinal vertical plane, connected by a kinematic linking to said plate, a stopping plate hingedly mounted on a base by a rear end that can be turned longitudinal vertical plane and locking with the lock in a horizontal position, with the kinematic connection being configured to bills in a charged or discharged position. A disadvantage of the known device is the impossibility of warning the driver to prohibit driving. The purpose of the invention is to increase safety by providing a warning to the driver that travel is prohibited. The device is controlled as follows. The operator has levers 14 and 15 controls. In the off position, the plate 16 is positioned vertically, which is carried out by means of the control lever 15. By the vertical action of the stopping plate 3, the spring 6 is tensioned prior to the introduction of the lock 5 into the recess 4, which leads to the installation of the system.
