Sewing machine shuttle and shuttle-type sewing machine
专利摘要:
The invention concerns a loop taker characterized by a bobbin case holder (24) in which is housed a bobbin (32) whose axis (36) is inclined relative to the rotational axis (37) of a cup-shaped hook body (18) in such a way that the bobbin (32) is kept away from a path of needle (41) movement, and also a sewing machine equipped with the loop taker. Thereby, it is possible to increase the outer diameter of the bobbin (32) or increase the length of the bobbin (32), and it is possible to increase the quantity of bobbin thread (32) wound on the bobbin (32).
The invention relates to sewing production equipment. The aim of the invention is to increase productivity by increasing the volume of the bobbin. FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed machine, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the same general view; in fig. 3 - bobbin; in fig. 4 - cap holder, side view. The cup-shaped body of the shuttle includes a body 1 and a mounting part 2. The latter is attached to a rotating shaft 3 having a horizontal axis of mounting. The rotating part 4 of the shuttle is attached to the housing 19 to form the groove 5. The latter is located circumferentially in an imaginary plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the shaft 3. On the outer periphery of the holder 6, there is a rib 7 entering the groove 5 and thereby held by the shuttle body equipped with a petrol end cap 8 and a spring 9. The protrusion 10, limiting the rotation of the element 11 attached to the body of the sewing machine, is included in the rotation limiting groove 12, made in the holder 6. In slot 13 of the holder 6 a bobbin case 14 is installed, in which the bobbin 15 is placed, shown in FIG. 3. Threads 16 are wound on the bobbin 15. The bobbin 15 is provided with a central hole 17, into which a pin 18 enters, positioned on the base 19 of the slot 13 of the holder 6 and perpendicular to it. Stud axis 18, i.e. The axis 20 of rotation of the bobbin 15 is inclined at an angle © relative to the axis 21 of rotation of the shuttle body. The bobbin 15 has a cylindrical body 22 on which the thread 16 is wound and which is provided with a central hole 17 through which the pins 18 pass, as well as two flanges 23 and 24 attached to the cylindrical body 22 at both its ends. The needle 25 moves up and down in the direction of the arrows A, and the lowest point of the transhCO with VI th § with GO The needle 25 is denoted by the position 26. The angle © of the axis 20 of the bobbin 15 is selected such that the bobbin 15 is positioned away from the path of movement of the needle 25 moving up and down, resulting in that the needle 25 will not hit the flange 23, being at its lowest point 26 therefore, the angle © may be, for example, at least 5 °. By tilting the axis 20 of the bobbin 15 at an angle © relative to the axis 21 of rotation of the hook body, it is possible to increase the diameter of the flanges 23 and 24 of the bobbin 15 or to increase the length of the bobbin 15, i.e. the axial length of the cylindrical body 22, to which the flanges 23 and 24 are attached, and onto which the thread is wound, thereby increasing the amount of the wound thread 16 by about 50% compared with the existing structures. The base 27 of the holder 6 is substantially flat, and its upper end 28 must have only a small gap b, sufficient to pass the needle thread. Therefore, it is possible to use a sufficiently large gap existing in known constructions. The side surfaces of the flanges of the bobbin 15 can extend at the open end to a level lower than the bottom point 26 of the needle movement, regardless of the trajectory of the needle 25. In this connection, any free space can be successfully used in the present invention. The hook body can be of any design, but it is necessary that the holder 6, the bobbin 15 and its cap 14 be replaced with those of the invention. Thus, an advantage of the present invention is that it allows a substantial increase in the number of threads per bobbin. In addition, the base 27 of the holder 6 extends from the bottom side of the shuttle body (left side in FIGS. 1 and 4) to the upper end 28. This ensures a smooth sliding of the needle thread along the base 27 in the direction of the arrow 29 without its grip in the lower part 30 of the base, so that ensures accurate passage of the thread. When the holder 6, the bobbin 15 and the cap 14 are mounted on a conventional sewing machine in order to increase the number of threads 16 wound on the bobbin, there is no need to change the thread feed quantity or the needle of the machine.
