Method and apparatus for turning over spread fish fillet
专利摘要:
In an apparatus for the automatic turning over of fish fillets and the conveying-on of the same in a stretched position, three staggered, superimposed belt conveyors oriented and driven in the same direction and being provided as a feeding conveyor, a collecting conveyor and a stretching conveyor are used. The feeding conveyor, whose conveying surface is spaced from that of the collecting conveyor by a distance at least corresponding to the length of the largest fillet to be handled ends above the collecting conveyor in such a way that in the vertical projection between the end of the feeding conveyor and the start of the collecting conveyor a gap is left, which is bridged by the catching element arranged below the plane of the conveying surface of the latter and which is inclined with respect thereto. The collecting conveyor and the stretching conveyor are located directly above one another, but are not in contact, a deflection wedge between them being filled by a transfer roller.
/ 1 $ FIG. one / FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the fishing industry, namely to a method for turning over a spread fish fillet and a device for its implementation, In modern high-throughput lines, for the manufacture of fillets in the fish processing industry, it is often necessary to conduct the fillets without being manually laid through separate sections of the fillet processing line. In this case, the fillets must also be aligned in accordance with the subsequent skinning, as a result of which, depending on the type of machine used to make the fillets, it may be necessary to turn the fillets both around the longitudinal axis and around the transverse axis, and it is necessary to ensure that the fillets transported further in a flat position. There is a known method of turning over a spread fish fillet by transporting the fillet in a flat position in the longitudinal direction and transferring it to the underlying transport plane with the active surface. It is also known a device for turning a spread fish fillet, comprising a feeding conveyor for moving in a flat position the fillet in the longitudinal direction and located below the feeding receiving conveyor for moving the inverted fillet. However, in the known method and apparatus, a transport belt is reversibly actuated, over which the next conveyor transports, the distance between which is less than the length of the fillet to be processed, ends. In the end region of this belt conveyor, there is a switching device that is activated by the fillet, which, when triggered, causes the opposite movement of the lower conveyor belt, and in the quiescent state - movement in the same direction. In this way, lateral and longitudinal fillet turning is provided. The known device in no way meets current performance requirements due to the presence of a reversing drive. The aim of the invention is to simplify the process and increase productivity. The goal is achieved in that according to the method of turning the spread fish fillets over by transporting the fillets in a flat position in the longitudinal direction and transfer it to the underlying transporting plane with the active surface, transfer the fillet to the underlying plane by tilting the fillet, free falling in a vertical position on the catching plane and turning it to a horizontal position to the lower plane. 0 In a device for turning spread fish fillets, containing a feed conveyor for moving in a flat position the fillet in the longitudinal direction and located below the feeding receiving conveyor for moving the inverted fillet, the conveyors are mounted for movement in one direction, the end of the feeding and the beginning of the receiving transport are located the formation between them of a gap for the passage of the fillet to be processed, and at the location of the gap is mounted a catching element for the fillet, having a slope in the direction of the receiving conveyor. The receiving conveyor should be placed inclined with the lift in the direction of transport, and it is advisable to install the catching element directly above its working surface. The surface of the receiving conveyor should be made rough. The method is carried out as follows. 5 Fish fillets are transported in the longitudinal direction in a flat position, m, when transferring it to the underlying transporting plane, each fillet with tipping moment attached. 0 is deflected mainly to a vertical position and transitions to a free fall state, then with its front end moving to the lower plane, it unfolds with the next part and is transported further. The proposed method provides the possibility of more reliable turning and spreading of the fillets, including with a dense sequence. The location of the moving fillets is crucial to the reliable implementation of the skinning process. FIG. Figure 1 shows schematically a device for turning over a spread fish fillet in a simplified version, side view; in fig. 2 - the same, in a modified version with fish fillets to be turned over, side view; in fig. 3 - the same, with inverted fish fillets, side view; in fig. 4 - then the same, with spread fish fillets, side view. On the machine frame (not shown), the feed conveyor 1, the take-up conveyor 2 and the spreading conveyor 3 with guide rollers 4 to 7, twisted with a flexible flat tape, are reinforced, with roller A referring to feed conveyor 1, and roller 7 to the spreading conveyor 3. In order to simplify, the second rollers of the feeding conveyor 1 and the spreading conveyor 3 are not shown. Conveyors are driven in the same direction. The feeding conveyor 1 (Fig. 1) ends above the receiving conveyor 2, and the conveying surface 8 of the conveyor 2 is located relative to the conveying surface 9 of the conveyor 1 with a gap at a distance which at least corresponds to the maximum length of the fish fillet 10, to be processed. The conveying surface 8 of the receiving conveyor 2 is blocked at the location of the gap by the end of the feeding conveyor 1 by the flat catching element 11, which is inclined in the direction of transport and is positioned so that the transition area between the catching element 11 by the conveying surface 8 is displaced relative to the end of the feeding conveyor 1 to the transport surface 8 receiving conveyor 2 in the direction of transport. The receiving conveyor 2 terminates above the spreading conveyor 3, the wedge 12 between the transport surface The spreading conveyor 3 and the roller 6 of the receiving conveyor 2 are overlapped by the transfer roller 14. The latter is also fixed on the unexposed part of the bed and is rotated in the same direction as the other rollers, The receiving conveyor 2 (FIGS. 2-4) is also located below the feeding conveyor 1, however, so that the end of the feeding conveyor 1 is offset from the beginning of the receiving conveyor 2 and that the gap is blocked by a flat catch element 11. The latter is located mainly , in the radial alignment zone of the receiving conveyor 2 relative to the roller 5, while its receiving surface is located below the plane of the transporting surface 8 of the receiving conveyor 2, forming an angle less than 90 ° with the vertical tangent to the roller 4. The conveying surface 8 of the receiving conveyor 2 passes (in this exemplary embodiment) mainly horizontally and passes (Fig. -1) with intermediate inclusion of the transfer roller 14 into the spreading conveyor 3. The surface 8 of the receiving conveyor 2 should be roughened. The principle of operation of the device is as follows. The fish fillet 10 comes, for example, from a fillet cooking machine to the transporting surface 9 of the feeding conveyor with abutment in the roller area 4. Due to the fact that the fillet 10 is soft, the latter undergoes deviation and more or less timely depending on the transport speed - it is separated from the transport surface 9. Under the influence of gravity force, the fillet 10 first of all reaches the catching element 11 by the end of the head section, and then falls, turning over onto the transporting surface 8 2 transporter. Part of the fillet (Fig. 3) is located on the receiving surface of the catching element 11, and the fillet is displaced in the direction of the receiving conveyor 2 due to the inclined arrangement of this element. As applied to the receiving conveyor 2 located on the transporting surface 8 of the receiving conveyor 2, the last force is gripped located on the receiving surface of the catching element 11, a portion of the fillet creates a holding moment for spreading the fillet 10, which ultimately must be deer. The fillet 10 thus enters the roller b region and is deflected due to its softness. At that, located with a small gap relative to the transporting surfaces 8 and 13 of the receiving conveyor 2 or the spreading conveyor 3 and rotating at a higher speed than the transporting speed of the receiving conveyor 2, the transfer roller 14 causes the transfer of the fillet 10 to the transporting surface 13 of the spreading conveyor 3, the movement speed which, in turn, is higher than the circumferential speed of the transfer, the roller 14, where the full spreading of the fillet 10 takes place, followed by his skinning device. The present invention provides an increase in productivity due to the tight positioning of the fillet being moved, while at the same time achieving its reliable turning and spreading.
