专利摘要:
A movable cutting machine is subdivided into a front portion (1) and a rear portion (2) of the cutting machine, which portions are swingable around an approximately vertical pivotal axis (10) and are secured against a relative displacement in direction of this pivotal axis (10) by means of two joints (11, 12). The front portion (1) of the cutting machine has a caterpillar chassis (3) and carries a swivelling means (5) comprising as the cutting means a cutting arm (6) and two cutting heads (7). The rear portion (2) of the cutting machine has, as a support means against ground, equally a caterpillar chassis (4) and carries auxiliary equipment and/or a section of a conveying trough (13) equipped with a chain conveyer.

专利说明:

This invention relates to the mining industry, in particular to a mobile iron car.
The aim of the invention is to improve the maneuverability and increase the stability of the mobile cutting machine.
FIG. 1 shows a cut-out truck with two tracked carts, side view: in FIG. 2 - the same, top view; in fig. 3 is a side view of the cutting machine; in fig. 4 - the same, top view.
The mobile truck is between the upper 11 and 12 lower joints.
there is a front 1 and rear 2 parts, and at the front of the cutting machine there is a drive equipped with a caterpillar cart 3, and at the rear there is an additional caterpillar cart 4 with independent drive. On the front part 1 of the cutting machine there is a mechanism 5 for turning the arrow-shaped actuator 6 with two cutting heads 7 and a loading chute 8 with the possibility of raising and lowering around axis 9.
The length of the front part 1 of the cutting machine does not exceed the longitudinal length of the mechanism 5 of rotation or it doesn’t make much difference. The stability of the part of the ironman in front of it would therefore be insufficient, taking into account the weight of the projecting body 6 and the effect of transmitted pressure from the notch. The rear part 2 of the cutting machine is pivotally attached to its front part 1 and can be rotated around the vertical axis 10. The rotary axis is formed by two hinges 11 and 12, one distance above another, due to the large vertical distance of two hinges 11 and 12. greater stiffness of the joint versus rotation around the horizontal axis, so that a practically rigid joint is obtained between:, t parts 1 and 2 of the cutting machine in the vertical. the direction, as a result of which the tilting forces, which depend on the notch forces and the weight of the actuator 6 and cause the cutting machine part 1 to tilt around the horizontal transverse axis, are fully perceived by the rear part 2 of the cutting machine. However, the swivel allows this horizontal fracture of the entire cutting machine.

planes around a vertical axis 10, which can be accomplished when driving, small turning radii, which significantly improve the maneuverability of the ironman. The loading conveyor 13 is installed at the rear end 14 of the rear part 2 of the cutting machine, is made with a chain or scraper executive body and transports the broken material from the loading chute 8 back. A chain sprocket 15 for chain transmission is provided at the rear end. This conveyor passes

the stiffness of the articulation of the two parts 1 and 2 of the cutting machine against the break around the horizontal axis. In the area of the rotary axis 10, the swivel 16 of the loading conveyor is made in the same way as the tail part 2 of the cutting machine against the front part 1 of the cutting machine. The transport chute of the conveyor 13 has a tail 17 and a head 18 section.
The hydraulic cylinder 19 at point 20 is pivotally connected to the front part 1 of the cutting-iron machine, and at point 21 to the rear part 2 of the cutting-in machine. The hydraulic cylinder 19 is located at some distance to the side of the vertical axis 10 of rotation so that, as a result of the action of this hydraulic cylinder, the tail part of the cutting machine can be rotated relative to the front part around the vertical axis 10 of rotation, which facilitates the control of the cutting machine.
The head section 18 of the transport chute is mounted on the front part 1 of the cutting machine, and the tail section 17 on its rear part 2. In addition, all the necessary additional units are additionally located on the rear part of the cutting machine (not shown).
In the embodiment (FIGS. 3 and 4), only the front part 1 of the cutting machine is equipped with a tracked undercarriage 3. The rear part 2 of the cutting machine is hung on the front part 1 freely with the possibility of rotation around the vertical axis 10. On both sides of the axis 10 of the rotation, it is hinged one hydraul0

ches the cylinder 19 at points 20 to the front part 1 of the cutting machine and at points 21 to the rear part 2 of the cutting machine. The cylinders 19 are a rotational drive, with which the rear part 2 of the cutting machine can be rotated in the horizontal direction relative to its front part 1.
The support device 22 with a driver 23 at point 24 is pivotally attached to the rear part 2 of the ironcutter. Using cylinder 25 supports34
The device is lowered onto the soil 26 ig of the cutting machine. Cylinder 33 pivotally working. In the lowered position, when the support device 22 rests on the drift base, the length of the iron-cutting machine is increased, so that stability is guaranteed despite the short length of the front part 1 of the iron-cutting machine. The turning mechanism 5 is associated with a swept executive body 6, an equipment 20.
connected by means of a finger 34 to the rear part 2 of the cutting machine, and using a finger 35 the piston rod 36 is pivotally connected to the tail section 17 of the loading conveyor 13. Because an axis 28 around which the loading conveyor 13 can rotate laterally relative to the loading conveyor part 13 , perpendicular cutting heads 7. Tsogru- 25 is tight to the surface of the tail section tray 8 and the vertical axis 10
17 and part 31 of the loading conveyor 13, it does not coincide with the axis 10, around which the tail part of the cutting machine can rotate relative to the front part of the cutting machine, therefore it is obtained by turning in the lateral direction on. The lateral position of the part 17 of the loading conveyor 13 in the transverse direction is similar to that of the machine of FIG. 1 and 2.
The repulsed material is transported from the loading chute 8 along the loading conveyor 13 to the vertical unloading end 27 of the conveyor. The loading conveyor 13 has a tail section 17, which rests on the rear part 2 of the ironmaking machine and in the connecting direction. In order to compensate for this, with the head section 18, the loader 35 can be made along a small conveyor with the possibility of horizontal rotation around the axis 28. The loading conveyor 13 can be rotated around the point 29. 40
17 and part 31 of the loading conveyor 13, it does not coincide with the axis 10, around which the tail part of the cutting machine can rotate relative to the front part of the cutting machine, therefore it is obtained by turning in the lateral direction on. the clone position of part 17 of the loading conveyor 13 in the transverse dimension of our sphere.
