专利摘要:
The present invention seeks to provide a method for treating the cellulose obtained from the cellulose cooking process for paper-making purposes. According to this method, the cellulose is separated from black liquor or other similar waste slurry produced in the cooking process by means of compression and washed, bleached and dried, and an essential feature of the present invention is that all the phases of treatment are carried out in a pressure filter (4). The treatment is performed so that black liquor or similar waste slurry is first compressed from the cellulose pulp slurry, whereafter the resulting cellulose cake is washed by conducting washing liquid into the filter, after which the cellulose is bleached by treating the cake with one or several bleaching chemicals led into the filter and by re-washing, if necessary, the cake between the various bleaching phases, and finally, the cellulose cake is dried and removed from the filter.

one
This invention relates to a process for the periodic treatment of cellulose and can be used in the pulping industry,
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process and increase its efficiency
An example of the method includes filtering the pulp from black liquor with squeezing the pulp, washing it, bleaching it with one or more bleaching agents with repeated washing between the tailings and bleaching the bleached cellulose, while the process is carried out in a filter chamber bounded by a filter cloth squeezing membrane with which squeezing pulp is produced, squeezing pulp is carried out to a thickness of 5-80 mm and a dry matter content of 10-80%,
Drying is carried out until the dry matter content is 10-80%.
Washing is carried out until the dry matter content is 10-80%.
The method is carried out as follows.
FIG. 1 is a flowchart illustrating the processing of pulp from the cooking process to produce bleached pulp at a sulphate pulp mill; Fig. 2 is a diagram illustrating the supply of cellulosic pulp to a chamber filter, which provides for the separation of black liquor, as well as washing and bleaching; Fig. 3 is a diagram illustrating the release of cellulosic pulp to separate the black liquor of Fig. 4; a diagram illustrating the washing and bleaching of the resulting sludge pulp with bleaching chemicals; Fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating a spin phase after washing or bleaching; FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating the cellulose sludge substance with compressed air in FIG. 7 a diagram illustrating the removal of the dried cellulose sludge from the chamber filter.
The proposed block diagram (FIG.) Shows, in a similar way, pulp pulp consisting of cellulose and black liquor and obtained during the pulping process at a sulphate plant, processed into bleached pulp, intended for use in papermaking.

The suspension is boiled in periodical cookers, from which the cellulose pulp suspension is first sent to the buffer receiver 2 and then through the knot separator 3 to the chamber filter 4, the latter separates the black liquor first by pressing, then the pulp is washed with water and bleached with one or more bleaching chemicals and, if necessary, washed repeatedly between different bleaching phases,.
5 In FIG. 1, arrow 5 shows the supply of wash water and bleaching chemicals to the filter 4, and arrow 6 shows the removal of water and bleaching chemicals from the filter. After bleaching
0, the cellulosic sludge is dried with compressed air and removed from the filter 4, sent to the packaging machine 7, and then to the warehouse 8,
The first treatment phase is
5 should be carried out in the chamber filter 4, is the flow of cellulose pulp suspension into the filter through the inlet channel 9 (FIG. 2). In the filter 4, cellulose pulp fills the space 10, which is formed on one side with filter cloth 11, and on the other side - a squeezing membrane 12. On the other side of the filter fabric, there is a space 13 into which the liquid is seeping, separated in the space 10 during the process, and which is provided with an exhaust channel 14,
When space is 10 na.
0 of filter 4 is filled with a suspension of cellulose pulp, the first spin phase starts (fig. 3) to separate the black liquor. The spin is carried out by injecting compressed air or fluid through channel I6 into the space 15 which is located opposite the space 10 of the squeezing membrane. 12, as a result of which the squeeze membrane presses against the cellulose pulp suspension and the black liquor separates from the cellulose and passes through the filter fabric s space 13, from which it is discharged through channel 14. After completion, the compressed air or liquid is removed from space 15 ,
After the end of the Phase, the washing phase is followed by a wash (FIG. 4) during which the washing water is supplied to

cellulose sludge formed inside the space 10 as a result of squeezing through channel 9. Wash water is filtered through cellulosic sludge and filter fabric 11 into space 13, from which it is discharged through channel 14. Wash water is stimulated by squeezing the sludge (Fig. 5) that is achieved by giving compressed air or liquid to the space 15 in the same manner as shown in FIG. 3,
After the washing phase is completed, the pulp is bleached by treating the precipitate in space 10 with one or more bleaching chemicals and, if necessary, re-washing the precipitate between the washing phases. Bleaching is carried out by analogy with the washing process shown in Fig. 4, i.e. the direction of the bleaching chemical along channel 9 to space 10, where it reacts with cellulose and taken out through the filter fabric 11 to space 13 and removed through channel 14. Repeated washing phases carried out between the various bleaching phases are carried out as described above. One example of a multi-phase bleaching treatment is a process in which cellulose in space 10 is sequentially treated with chlorine, hydro- sodium oxide, and sodium hypochlorite when re-washing cage between each bleaching phase.
40
After bleaching and preliminary drying of the cellulose siege in space 10 (FIG. 5), the drying of the sediment is carried out by passing compressed air into space 10 through channel 9 (FIG. 6). Compressed air passes through the cellulose cage and filter fabric 11 and escapes through space 13 and kaal 14 in the same way as washing liquid 50 and bleaching chemicals. Drying is continued until the final dry matter content is reached, after which the pulp is transferred to the palletizing unit 7 (Fig. 1). The release of pulp from the filter

opening the filter in accordance with FIG. 7. Bleached and dried cellulose sludge is indicated by the position 17 (Fig, 7).
The cellulose pulp suspension for the initial treatment phase should be filled in the amount of chamber filter 4 with volume control so that the cellulosic sediment has a thickness of 5-80 mm and a consistency of 10-80%. At the end of each phase, washing the pulp sediment can be squeezed equivalent dry matter content
The advantage of the proposed method in comparison with the known ones is lower capital costs, reduction of water and energy consumption and environmental pollution.
