专利摘要:
A press section of a paper machine comprises, in the direction of web run, at least three separate press nips for removing water from a web, the web passing between two fabrics in each of the three nips. Dewatering of the web takes place through both faces of the web at least in the first press nip which is formed between two open-faced press rolls. The second and third press nips are formed between an open-faced roll and one of an open-faced roll and a smooth-faced roll. According to the invention, the press section includes two upper fabrics and two lower fabrics, the first upper and lower fabrics in the direction of web run being water-receiving press fabrics, one of which constitutes a press fabric only in the first press nip, the other fabric constituting a press fabric both in the first and second press nips. One of the second upper and lower fabrics is a water-receiving press fabric, the other being a water-non-receiving transfer fabric adapted to receive minimal amounts of water, if any. The web is transferred on the transfer fabric after the third press nip as a closed draw into the drying section which follows the press section.

paper machine section. The first upper fabric sheet 4 may cover the upper press shafts 8 and 10 of the first and second gripper jTOB, and the second lower fabric sheet 7 is made of essentially waterproof material and covers 1
The invention relates to a press section of a paper machine and is intended for use in the pulp and paper industry. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of pressing.
Fig. 1 shows a press section in which a relatively impermeable fabric cloth is used as the second lower fabric cloth; Figure 2 is the same; a cloth cloth is used as the second upper cloth cloth; in fig. 3 shows the press section in FIG. 2, as well as a schematic representation of the press section frame, bed, loading and catchment equipment, the press shafts, the entire stroke, the fabric webs and the means for guiding and conditioning the fabric cloths; 4-6 - first, second and third grippers in the press section, respectively.
The press section of the paper machine contains, in the direction of movement of the paper web, at least three consecutive separate press grippers 1-3 with the first 4 and second 5 upper and first 6 and second 7 lower fabric sheets, each of which is formed by two upper and lower presses shafts 8 and 9, 10 and 11, 12 and 13 to remove water from the paper web through both surfaces dehydrated at least at the first 1 of the three grips between the first upper web 4 to maintain the paper web s ii molding papermaker 14 and the first backsheet 6, one of which covers a respective shafts of the first press
The lower press shafts of the second and third grippers are melting. The second upper blade 5 may cover the upper press shafts of the second and third grippers and is made of a substantially waterproof material. 2 hp f-ly, 6 ill.

And second grabs. Moreover, the press rolls of the first gripper have depressions 15 and 16 on the front surface, and the press rolls of the second and third grippers have depressions 17-20 on the front surface of at least one of the rolls of each of these grips.
The second upper blade 5 surrounds the upper press shaft 12 of the third gripper, and the second lower blade 7 contacts the upper press shaft 12 of the third gripper through the second upper blade 5. Moreover, one of the second blades is made of waterproof material to ensure the transfer of the blade to the drying 21 paper machine. The first upper fabric sheet 4 may encompass the upper press rolls 8 and 10 of the first and second grippers, and the second lower cloth sheet 7 is made of waterproof material and covers the lower press shafts of the second and third hooks. The second upper blade 5 may cover the upper press shafts of the second and third grippers and is made of waterproof material.
The paper web of the paper machine forming section 14 (Fig. 1) is held by the first upper cloth 4 on its lower surface and is brought through the first gripper 1 to the second press nip 2. In the latter, the lower fabric web is specifically carrying the fabric 7 which has is relatively impermeable and does not accept water compared to the corresponding squeeze cloth cloths. Thus, dewatering in gripper 2 takes place mainly in the direction of
upwards (arrows V). The lower shaft 11 of the gripper 2 may have a smooth front surface, however, it is necessary that the lower shaft 11 be provided with a recessed front surface 18, even if no significant dehydration of the paper web does not take place in the transfer fabric sheet 7, i.e. in the direction of the second lower fabric sheet. Due to the surface properties of the carrying fabric sheet 7 and the corresponding location (FIG. 1), the paper sheet follows along with the supporting fabric sheet 7, which carries it to the third press nip 3 in the press section of the paper machine and then to the drying section 21.
After the first gripper 1 (Figures 2 and 3), the paper web is positioned so that it follows along with the first lower fabric web 6, which carries the paper web on its upper front surface, into the second gripper 2. The last one is formed between two press shafts 10 and 11, which have recesses 17 and 18 on their facial surfaces th. The second grip 2 is also provided with two cloth webs, and its bottom cloth is the first bottom cloth 6, which is a water-receiving and permeable squeeze cloth, for example, a conventional squeegee cloth. The upper fabric sheet 5 in the gripper 2 (Fig. 2) is a carrier fabric sheet whose properties correspond to the properties of the carrier fabric 7.
In capture 2, dehydration takes place mainly downward, i.e. towards the lower fabric sheet 6 (arrow V), and since the second upper fabric sheet 5 is impermeable, it is a carrier fabric sheet that does not receive water. The press shaft 10 can also have a smooth surface, since it should not receive water by the shaft due to the impermeability of the fabric cloth 5. However, 10 are provided with a recess 17 D1-4 on the front surface. After capturing 2, the paper web is followed.
together with the lower face pore of the carrying cloth 5, on which it is transferred to the third grip 3 in the press section of the paper machine.
The third gripper 3 (Figures 1-3), which is the last gripper in the press section, which removes the heat10 DU is formed between two press shafts 12 and 13, which are provided with recesses 19 and 20 in the front surfaces. Two cloths 5 and 7 pass through the grip 3. In
15, the third grip 3, the lower fabric sheet, is the carrier fabric sheet 7, and the upper fabric sheet, is the water-receiving squeeze fabric
20 canvas 5. The upper cloth canvas is a carrying cloth 5 and the lower cloth is a water-absorbing cloth 25 but 7. The lower press shaft 13 may be a shaft provided with a smooth front surface, as the cloth 7 is non-water consuming. Consequently, the upper press30 of the shaft may have a smooth front surface, since the supporting fabric cloth 5 does not receive water.
The carrier fabric sheet 7 carries a paper sheet on itself, after grasping 3 on the transfer suction drum, through the suction zone of which the net of the drying section 21 of the paper machine passes.
40 Grip 1 is a horizontal grip and the first upper fabric sheet enters this grip at an angle cfi as compared to. horizontal plane (grip plane). The angle between the lower cloth and the upper cloth cloth denoted by / s (figure 4).
35
In the grip 2 (FIG. 5), the displacement of the paper web takes place from the first lower fabric web 6, which is a wrung fabric web that receives water, to the second upper fabric web 5, which is an impermeable carrier fabric web.
The third gripper 3 (Fig. 6) is at an angle rfj, in comparison with the vertical plane.
In some applications of non-suction, the fabric webs 5 and 7 can be somewhat permeable or can take water individually or in combination. By carrying a cloth cloth is meant such a cloth cloth or tape, the permeability of which (for air) is usually within the range from 0 to 2.0 min, when the pressure difference is 4P 10 mm H = 0 (water column).
The carrying fabric webs 5 and 7 in certain cases it is possible to use as the carrying fabric webs that receive water at least to some extent. In some cases, the water accepting capacity and permeability of the corresponding supporting fabric sheet are substantially lower compared to known woolen fabrics. In certain cases, it is possible to use a completely impermeable sheet, for example a plastic or rubber sheet, as the carrier fabric sheet.
In the press clamps 1-3 it is possible to use arrangements for supporting and loading the shafts. As a rule, one of the shafts of the pressing grippers 1-3 should be arranged as a shaft with adjustable or variable aerialing. Moreover, the proposed press section of a paper machine includes various arrangements by which any paper web that becomes torn can be moved to the equipment for transporting the cliffs (not shown).
The stretch from the press nest to the drying part of the paper-making machine (Figures 1-3) is also advantageous in that, even if a suture-free drying mesh is used, or any other suitable supporting fabric cloth is used, this joint is not leaves its mark on the paper web.
