专利摘要:
The compressed product roll (1) is comprised of a hollow rolling core (12) on which are rolled compressed products (3) mutually superposed, as well as a rolling tape (5) rolled between the rolling layers (4). The rolling tape (5) is subjected to a traction effort and holds the rolling (1) in a compressed state. The width (b) of the rolling core (12) is smaller than that of the compressed products (3) which means that the rolling core (12) is drawn in with respect to the front sides (6, 7) of the winding (1). It is thus possible to stack the rolls (1) of compressed products, their frontal sides (6, 7) laying flat with respect to each other. 公开号:SU1340578A3 申请号:SU853893002 申请日:1985-05-17 公开日:1987-09-23 发明作者:Хонеггер Вернер 申请人:Фераг Аг (Фирма); IPC主号:
专利说明:
13 The invention relates to the field of winding a sheet of printed material in layers with a cushioning tape and concerns the design of a roll package intended for transporting The purpose of the invention is to improve ease of use. FIG. 1 shows the package, front view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 and 4 - the same, with a different version of the core; in fig. 5 is a vehicle with a package according to FIG. and 2, side view; in fig. 6 shows the front part of the vehicle bracket according to FIG. five; in fig. 7 shows a packaged vehicle according to FIG. 3, side view; in fig. 8 is the front part of the vehicle bracket according to FIG. 7 in FIG. 9 - intermediate storage of packages, side view. The roll package 1 (Fig. 1 and 2) contains a core 2 and printed sheets 3 wound on it with layers of tensioned cushioning tape 4 having an outer coil 5. As shown in FIG. 2, the core 2 has a length smaller than the width of the package 1 and is displaced inside the package 1 from the side of its both ends 6 and 7. The core 2 has a housing 8 in the form of a hollow cylinder open on both end sides. On the inner surface 9 of the housing 8, annular ribs 10 and 11 protrude radially from the inner surface 9 of the housing 8. These ribs 10 and 1 are located in the planes E and E extending at a right angle to the longitudinal axis 2 (2-core 2 and displaced by some distance from the center of gravity of the roll. It is possible to perform only one edge. Instead of the ribs 10 and II in the housing 8, perform annular grooves open to the inner surface of the housing 8 . Package 1 (FIG. 3) corresponds to the packs of FIG. 1 and 2, except for the design of core 12. The core 1 according to FIG. 3 has an annular rib 13, the inner side surface of which is made in the form of a supporting surface 13h. Bearing surface 1 ZS (limited by lateral oblique shoulders 14 and 15, directed 782 from rib 13 inward, i.e. to the longitudinal axis 12a of the core 12. The side shoulders 14 and 15 with the edge 13 form not a right angle, but are directed somewhat to the side. The core 12 (FIG. 4) of the package has, in comparison with the one depicted in FIG. 3, the core 12 additionally has an annular pad 16 installed on the outer side of the rib 13 of the core 12 and protruding beyond this rib 13. Thus, it is achieved that the wound printed product can rest on a large surface without increasing the width of the annular rib 13. In order to obtain shown in FIG. The 1-4 packages the printing sheets 3 coming from the cascade device are wound together with the tape 4 under tension onto the core 2, 12 or 1i. Packages obtained in this way are very compact, and their firmly packed and radially strongly pressed layers fit one another tightly. Due to such compactness of the packages 1, there is no danger of damage to the wound printed product, although it does not rest across the entire width of the cores 2, 12 and 12. FIG. 5, 7 and 9 schematically show a vehicle 17 for transporting a package of 1 printed product, the structure of which is known and which is made in the form of a trolley with a lifting platform. Other types of transport devices, such as forklifts, can also be used. Shown in FIG. 5. The vehicle 17 has a lifting and lowering bracket 18, provided at its end with a receiving groove 19 (FIG. 6). Under the bracket 18, two retractable and retractable support bodies 20 are spaced from one another, of which FIG. 5 shows only one. The vehicle also has a handle 21 with which it is possible to control the movement of the bracket I8 and the support bodies 20. Two brackets 22 manually move the vehicle 17, of which FIG. 5 shows only one. Shown in FIG. 5, a vehicle I7 serves to transport the packages 1 shown in FIG. one 3. 1340578 and 2. For lifting the package 1 Theine 18 is pushed into the package 1 until the groove is located near the rib 10. When lifting the bracket 18 the rib 10 is located in the slot 19 of the crown-, end surface 18. As the rib 10 is not jutting out of the rolls, the ends of the adjacent packages are not ten matte at a distance from the center of the package body, the latter, when the supporting bodies 20 are inserted, receives the one shown in FIG. 5 solid lines inclined position. In order to prevent the package 1 from swinging during transport, the supporting bodies 20 extend so that the package 1 is rotated somewhat vertically — J5 — and can rest on the supporting bodies 20, as shown in FIG. 5 dashed line. If the core 2 has grooves instead of the ribs 10 and 11, then the bracket 18 of the vehicle 17 instead of the groove 19 is provided with a protrusion that enters one of the grooves of the core when transporting package 1. Shown in FIG. 7, the vehicle design corresponds to the vehicle of FIG. 5, but modified to accommodate the transport of the packages shown. The antenna for performing heart 12 and transport will be installed once to the pile 24, the strong inclined field becomes possible to pack in tandem with each other, without forming a straight space between the adjacent packages 1 of the intermediate warehouse, the minimum

Claims (5) [1] 1. A roll-on package hollow cylindrical winding on the core in layers with a stretched tape, I distinguish that, in order to increase work, the core is smaller than the width 25 35 in fig. 3 and 4. As shown in FIG. 8,30, inside the package from its both side, the bracket 18 at the front end, instead of the groove 19, has an overlay 23 having a surface 23a inclined relative to the horizontal line H in the direction from the means 17. When lifting the bracket 18, the core 12 is adjacent to the lining 23. Due to the inclined position of the surface 23a of the lining of the lining 23, the package 1 when the supporting bodies 20 are inserted takes the position shown in FIG. 7 solid line inclined position. For transport, the package 1 is transferred by pushing the supporting bodies 20 to the position shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 9 shows a longitudinal stack 24, consisting of packages of printed products leaning against one another. Packing Printed ends [2] 2. Packing according to claim 1, characterized in that the core has a support for gripping the vehicle facing the axis of the package, shifted relative to the plane of symmetry of the package parallel to its ends [3] 3.Packing on PP.
