专利摘要:
A storing installation for carrying a number of helically extending turns of an endless conveyor belt (1), laid upon one another in a pile (2), where the various belt turns in the pile (2) are supported by one another, comprises two endless chains (12, 13) which are arranged under the belt pile (2), support the two edge portions (7, 8) of the belt (1) and are carried by supports (10, 11), said chains being each adapted, after the ingoing or outgoing lower part (4) of the conveyor belt (1), to follow the belt (1) in its rise throughout a complete revolution, whereupon it travels in a direction opposite to the rise of the conveyor belt (1) in a path beside said revolution so as to form the endless chain (12 and 13 respectively).

It takes about a naKOiin-tel1.n () installation for a series of spiral turns of an infinite conveyor tape lying on top of each other, where the different turns of the tape are supported by others using separating elements installed near the tape edges. .
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of operation by providing the possibility of moving a series of stacked spiral turns of an endless conveyor belt during a complete revolution of the latter.
Fig. 1 shows a cumulative installation with an endless conveyor belt on it, a general view; Figure 2 shows a cumulative installation with a drive engine; on fig.Z - the same, top view; Fig. 4 shows a part of a conveyor belt in association with a part of a storage facility; FIG. 3 shows a cumulative installation and a conveyor belt interacting with it, a cross section; in Fig. 6, the external circuit link of the accumulative installation, bottom view; FIG. 7 is the same cross section; in FIG. 8, a link of the internal chain of the accumulative installation, bottom view; figure 9 is the same cross section; figure 10 - cumulative installation, a modified version.
The conveyor belt 1 part of its length follows the path from a series of spiral turns on top of each other in stack 2. The conveyor belt 1 is infinite and therefore passes along trajectory 3 from the upper end of stack 2 to its lower end, where the input or output part is indicated by 4. In the illustrated embodiment, the conveyor belt in stack 2 is fed from bottom to top, but there may be reverse conditions,
The conveyor belt 1 moves along a straight or curved path and contains the lower part 5 and the links 6 fixed on its ends and forming the two sides of the tape 1. The link 6 is adjusted relative to the rod-shaped elements located in the lower part 5 and extending in the transverse direction . Link 6 is located adjacent to or at the edge portions 7 and 8 of the conveyor belt 1 and are separating elements that carry at their upper edges the lower edges of the links 6, which are divided 10

elements on the two sides of the overlapping turns of the endless conveyor belt 1 to support the lower turn of the tape in the stack.
A stack 2 of superposed spiral turns of an endless conveyor belt 1 is supported by a cumulative installation 9 comprising two endless chains 12 and 13 carried by supports 10 and 1, which are mounted under the pile 2 tapes supporting two edge parts 7 and 8 of tape I. Each chain 12 and 13 s with the supports 10 and 11, after the lower part 4 of the conveyor belt 1 enters, the belt I follows when it is raised during at least one revolution. Thereafter, chains 12 and 13 and pedestals 10 and 11, respectively, move in the opposite direction relative to the rise of the conveyor belt 1 after the indicated rotation, forming an endless chain. The chain 12 (FIG. 2) moves itself.
25 is a drive for an endless conveyor belt 1. The drive 14 comprises an endless chain driven by a motor, which is located at a length of about chain 12 and engages tooth J5
30 on chain 12,
Chain link 13, which supports the inner edge 8 of the stack 2 of the tape inside the separator, is provided on the upper sides
By stops 16, on which the inner edge of the conveyor belt rests upon the formation of the stack, i.e. The stops 16 define the curvilinear shape of the stack 2, which may not be round, but, for example, oval.
Chain 13 (FNG), which supports the inner edge 8 of the stack 2 of the tape and the upside side of which is provided with stops 16, can hold the stack 2 from the entrance portion of part 4 of tape 1, guaranteeing a curved shape to the section until it passes a full turn. One turn at 90 occurs. The chain 12, supporting the outer edge 7 of the stack 2, begins maintaining the stack 2 outside the spacer after the interaction portion of the chain 13 with the inside of the tape. She stops
eg maintain stack 2 later than chain 13 until the lower turn advances 90 along curve 12 and starts supporting stack 2, and finishes maintaining stack 2 after turning
by 90 °. Two chains 12 and 13,
They can simultaneously support
tape in stack 2 during full
turnover.
Between chains 12 and 13 and their supports 10 and II, at least one infinite series of balls 17 and 18, respectively, are installed to facilitate the movement of the chains along the supports.
Chains 12 and 13 supporting the conveyor belt 1 are eccentrically loaded by the edge portions 7 and 8, respectively, of the belt 1 when the chains move into engagement with or from the edge portions. To prevent lateral inclination of chains 12 and 13, due to eccentric loading, they interact with at least one additional endless row of balls 19 and 20, respectively, which is installed between the chain and the stand to eliminate lateral inclination. Stands 10 and 11 thus include two roller side tracks 21 and 22 for endless rows of rollers. The track 21 faces the supporting edge part of the conveyor belt 1 and is directed upwards; it is intended for a row of balls facilitating the movement of the chain. The track 22 facing away from the conveyor belt 1 is directed downward and is intended for a row of balls that prevent lateral inclination of the chain and on which the lower flanges 23 and 24 of the chains 12 and 13 are supported.
Chain links 12 and 13 have a Y-shaped cross-section with an upward-pointing jumper, opposite flanges 23, 25 and 24, 26, respectively, are located on the free ends of the Y-shaped sides and directed to Biffl3. Balls 19 and 20, which prevent lateral inclination of the chains, rest on the inner parts of one of the flanges 23 and 24, respectively.
Compared with the cumulative installation 9 (FIG. 2), where the return parts of the two chains 12 and 13, moving back to the lifting direction of the conveyor belt 1, follow the parts of chains 12 and 13 supporting the tape 1, returning parts of the two chains 12 and 13 (Figure 10) are moving along
1336947-
thus the chain for the drive is formed. Arrows on
Fig. 10 shows that the balls, interacting with chains 12 and 13, should not continuously follow the chains, but can be directly transferred from the highest to the lowest point of support. This reduces the number of balls required. In the proposed device Q, it is easy to replace the balls, at the same time it is possible to feed the balls so that they are spaced apart from each other.
