专利摘要:
A device for connecting a collecting head input with the well head output by means of a movable connector connected to a looped duct, comprising a flexible connecting coupling formed by two horizontal loops surrounding the distribution block of the collecting head at different levels and connected by a vertical duct portion. The movable connector, for guiding same towards a receptacle-connector, rests on a fork integral with a lever hinged by means of a swivel joint, an intermediate point of the lever resting on one end of a hydraulic cylinder provided with a swivel joint, the other end of the hydraulic cylinder resting on the connection module being hinged by means of a swivel joint, the connector comprises at its periphery radical guide rollers co-operating with inclined ramps of the receptacle and grouped in pairs of superimposed rollers, of which the lower roller has a diameter less than that of the upper roller. With the loop configuration of the duct and the device for guiding the connector, the stresses in the duct due to the rotating movement of the connector during alignment of its axes with that of the receptacle may be reduced.

block 2 combined head loopback TP. The latter is formed by two rectilinear horizontal loops 11 and 13 and vertical sections 12. The head has a connecting pipe 4 of the connection, an oil-supporting T1T and TP control and injection located inside the pet- left TP. Moreover, PS 3 is mounted on a fork rigidly connected to the lever by means of a ball joint. A lever is also connected to the lever mounted on the connecting module. On PS 3, one above each other, pairs of heights are provided with guide rollers (P), the diameter of the lower one being less than the diameter of the upper one. Receiver 18 has opposite inputs for these P, Ras

The invention relates to the field of oil and gas production, namely, devices for connecting the inlet of the collecting head to the outlet of the wellhead by means of a movable remotely controlled connector connected to the inlet of the collecting head.
heads using loopback pipe.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the connection by reducing the stresses in the loop pipe when installing the connector and improving the accuracy of the installation of the connectors.
FIG. 1 shows a connector connected by a pipeline with a collecting head, the general view in FIG. 2 - connecting module and connecting receiver wellhead, front view; in fig. 3 - the connector, the E-mounted receiver, top view in FIG. 4 is the same, side view in partial section; in fig. 5 - connector guide mechanism, slit.
The collecting head 1 includes a distributor block 2 mounted on the assembled movable connector 3, above the block 2 there is a transport nipple 4. The connector 5 for the wellhead is equipped with a drift hollow 6 and an axial tube 7, and an adapter 8, the control between the inclined surfaces of the entrances in the upper part is larger than that in the lower part, to install PS 3 in the vertical plane with the upper P stop and align the PS 3 axes and receiver 18 with the lower P stop when lowering the fork. Clamping ps are installed on the outer surface of PS 3, and the sliding surfaces for these P are made on the forks of the forks. With the help of the jack, lower the lever and the fork. As a result of P entering the receiver 18, it is placed in a vertical position. After combining the axes of the PS 3 and the receiver 18, they are automatically locked. 2 hp ffy 5 ill.

well performance and rigidly connected to the derivation head 6 and the discharge pipe 9. Control and pressure pipelines (not shown) located inside the loop loop pipe are connected to the output head.
After the sensor 8, the discharge pipe 9 is formed by a straight line section 10, designed to reduce pipeline erosion under the action of jets coming out of the sensor, by the first horizontal loop 11 rotated by 3/4 of a turn, by the vertical straight line section 12, by the second horizontal loop 13 turned 3/4 turn and connected to distribution block 2.
A connecting module is mounted on the collecting head, which is covered by the upper plate 14 with the supporting contacts 15 of the shock absorbers for the installation of the upper modules and the electrohydraulic multi-contact connector 16. At the periphery there are guide tubes 17 for guide columns. The wellhead is equipped with a connecting receiver 18 surrounding the nozzle 19. Four pairs of radial rollers with parallel axes in the plane passing through the axis of the connector are installed outside the bottom of the connector 5.

moreover, the diameter of the upper roller 20 is larger than the diameter of the lower roller 21. In two pairs of four, in particular in adjacent pairs, the lower roller is longer than the others for the preliminary direction in the hollow recesses of the receiver 19 in order to avoid jamming, since the elongated rollers allow it is better to take into account the movements of the loop itself and the connector associated with the loop.
Pinch rollers 22 are located on the upper periphery of the connector.
The receiver 18 is equipped with four slots placed oppositely and formed by inclined surfaces 23. The inclined surfaces of each groove form laterally the approximation plane 24, then the direction of the plane 25, which narrowly groove, are arranged so as to ensure the alignment of the large axis in the vertical plane. the upper roller 20 and the axis of the small lower roller 21, when this latter finds support in the lower part of the groove formed by inclined surfaces.
In the connecting module, the mechanism of the direction of the connector 5 is mounted. This mechanism comprises a fork 26, in branches of which there are sliding surfaces 27 serving to direct the pinch rollers 22, In the extension of the fork 26 there is a lever 28 rigidly connected to the fork. At the end of the lever 2S, a ball joint 29 is installed. The lever 28 is connected by a ball joint 30 to an end of the jack 31, the lower end of which is secured by the hinge 32. The force of the jack 31 is transmitted to the connector 5 by means of pressure rollers 22 installed between the surfaces 27 at the end forks 26.
The ball joint 29 provides the fork 26 with the possibility of rolling and turning around three axes under the action of the jack 31 and under the action of movement caused by a movable connector, the rollers of which enter between the supporting surfaces 23, causing the alignment of the axes of the connector and the receiver. The hinges 30 and 32, mounted on the ends of the jack 31, are made so as not to interfere with the rocking and the turns of the fork.
At the start of the join operation, the position of the connecting module is

that the connector is at a distance of about 10 cm from the nozzle 19 of the wellhead and the misalignment of the axes is not more than 1.5. The purpose of the operation is to connect three pipelines, namely: along the axis of the oil recovery pipeline, on the side of the pipeline control of the annular pipeline and of the pipeline for injection of the processing products, and their combination with the three corresponding openings of the connector 5.
By means of the jack 31, the lever 28 and the fork 26 are lowered so that the lower rollers 21 of the connector 5 enter between the approximation surfaces 23 of the receiver 19. As the rollers roll along these surfaces, the installation is provided in a vertical plane. The rollers are abutted first against at least two opposite entrance surfaces 23, and at the end of the operation all over the entrance section.
Rollers are installed in pairs. Each pair has a roller of larger and small diameter. When both rollers are supported between the surfaces, the axes are aligned, since both rollers of the same pair have axes that coincide with the axis of the connector, and the axis of the supporting surfaces is the axis of the wellhead.
Once the alignment of the receiver connector axes is achieved, the connector and receiver automatically lock.
