The invention relates to a drive device for a tilting chute, having the ability to rotate around two orthogonal axes under the action of a pivoting drive arm having the same chute degrees of freedom, which contains an initial device for reproducing the movement of the drive shoulder on the chute and vice versa, the control mechanism installed pivotally on the intermediate lever, which in turn is pivotally connected to the end of the drive arm, where the control mechanism is designed to rotate the hinge, contains present drive arm and the intermediate lever about a vertical axis and for changing the angle of its disclosure with respect to this axis.
The aim of the invention is to increase the strength and compactness of the device.
Figures 1 and 2 show the drive unit, vertical cuts in two perpendicular directions; Fig. 3 shows the guide groove of the traverse.
A hinge 1 with a variable opening angle, rotating around the vertical axis O, comprises a drive arm 2 rotating around the X axis, perpendicular to the sheet plane, and an intermediate lever 3. The drive arm 2 is connected by means of appropriately guiding strips 23, 2A in the shape of V, made in diametrically opposite places on the inner surface of the growing box 14. The opening angle of the hinge 1 under the action of the engine 15 can be done independently and simultaneously with its rotation around the axis O as a result of rotation boxes 14 under the action of the engine 12. The transmission mechanism comprises a transmission gear 4, driven by the driving rotary arm 2 and moving in a hermetic casing 5, which can rotate around its longitudinal axis.
Above the hinge 1 there is a rotating box, coaxial with the axis O and resting through the bearing 6 on the hanger 7 of the frame 8, closed with a buckle 9. The rotating box is equipped with a gear 10, which is set in motion by the first gear engine 12, for example an electric motor, through a gear box of 13 gears. A second electric or hydraulic motor 15 is also mounted on the crank 9 to drive the control rod 16 along the central axis 0. On the lower part of the rod 16 on one or more bearings 17, 18 there is a yoke 19 consisting of the central body 20 and two diametrically opposed axles 21 and 22, so that it is independent of the rod 16 during rotation and is associated with it in a vertical axial movement.
Both opposite trunnions 21 and 22 of the cross bar 19 respectively interact with vertical guide grooves 23 and 24 in the V shape, made in diametrically opposite places on the inner surface of the rotating box U. The movement of the trunks 21 and 22 in the grooves 23 and 24 can be improved by using rectangular polzunov 25 and 26 (fig.Z) at the ends of the pins 21 and 22.
Under the action of the engine 15, the yoke 9 can move from the position shown by the twisted lines in Figure 2 to the position shown by the dash-dotted lines, and the rotation of the drive arm 2 around the axis X is rotated. This is the change in the opening angle of the hinge 1 under the action of the engine L 15 can be removed independently and simultaneously with its rotation around the axis O as a result of the rotation of the box 14 under the action of the engine 12.
The axis 27 of the hinge 1 (Fig. 1) is offset relative to the longitudinal axis of the drive arm 2 in order to avoid blocking on the vertical axis O while the groove is in the vertical position.
The connection between the intermediate lever 3 and the crosspiece 19 (Fig. 2) is carried out by making the upper end of the lever 3 in the form of a bracket, both branches 28 and 29 of which intersect the trunnions 21 and 22 k serve as a trunnion for the lever 3. The connection between the drive arm 2 and the axis of rotation X can also be accomplished by making the lower part of the shoulder 2 in the form of a bracket, both branches of which take up the casing 5.
This drive device is very compact, especially in height, since the height of the rotating box can be reduced to the height required for vertical sliding of the yoke 19 n up to the amplitude of movement of the rod 16.
