The invention relates to microbiology, namely to previously prepared nutrient medium carriers for the quantitative and qualitative determination of microorganisms, mainly pathogens. The purpose of the invention is to increase the shelf life of the nutrient medium. Figure 1 shows a previously prepared carrier of the nutrient medium, a longitudinal section; Figures 2 to 11 show carrier embodiments for several different media, cross sections; Fig. 12 shows a variant of carrier implementation, the shell of which is connected to the lid of the container by means of a snap lock. The carrier contains a container 1 with a lid 2, a substrate 3 for nutrient medium 4 installed inside the tank 1 and rigidly connected to the cap 2, a removable waterproof sheath 5 installed in the tank 1 and connected to the substrate 3, an elastic seal 6 installed between the shell 5 and 2 At the bottom of the container 1, a projection 7 is made, by means of which the shell 5 is pressed against the seal 6.
