The invention relates to the printing industry, in particular to printing presses.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify contour.
Figure 1 shows the proposed device; figure 2 - node I on I L L 5 in fig.Z - scheme of filling the horse of the sheet.
The flexible sheet material 1, located on the casing 2 of the cylinder 3 of the rotary printing press, is a decole with a thickness of about 0.5 mm. To secure the decal 1, the cylinder has a radial slot 4, which extends longitudinally t5 on the axis of the cylinder 3. The entrance part of the slot 4 is formed by parallel walls 5 and 6, and the output part 7 is made expanding due to the bevel 8 on wall 6. The wall 6 has 20 holes 9. The maximum width of the output part 7 of the slot is greater than the depth of the notch 9, the distance between walls 5 and 6 is less than the depth of the notch 9. Notch 4 and notch 9 are parallel to the radial plane of the cylinder. The entrance of the slot 4 has a sufficient width (for example, 4 mm) that the curved and reinforced end of the 10 decal 1 passes. The end 10 is reinforced with a back plate 11 with a thickness of, for example, O, 2 mm and 5 mm wide, which is glued to the decal I. The end 10 should be bent mainly at an angle of 5-15 °.
The bevel plane 8 is inclined to the wall 6 of the slot 4 and to the plane, preferably at an angle “i 20 °. Inside the cylinder and xaxially there is a channel 12 in which the tension roller 13 is located. The latter is provided with a groove 14 parallel to the axis of the cylinder 3 and serving to secure the second reinforced end 15 of the decal 1. The notch 9 has a rectangular shape that runs along the entire length of the cylinder

The device works as follows.

The end 10 of the decal 1, which was inserted into the slot 4, reached the notch 9, under the action of elastic forces, tries to unbend, goes into the notch 9 and slides over the latter. The end 10 is retracted in the opposite direction, and the end of 10 is reached in recess 9 over the entire height of its bend. Then, the decal 1 is folded and inserted into the slot 4 and the groove 14 of the tension roller 13 the second reinforcing end 15 of the decal 1. When the roller 13 is tensioned, the blanket tension is pulled.
To remove decal 1, end 15 is removed from tensioning roller 13, and then from slot 4. Then end 10 is removed from recess 9. Under the influence of elastic forces, end 10 is unbendable, because the bevel depth 8 exceeds the width of the curved part of end 10 of decals 1. End 10 in straightened state is easily removed from slot 4.
