The invention relates to a device for spot servicing of an electrolyser and can be used in installations for producing aluminum by electrolysis.
The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity.
The invention is illustrated by the examples of implementation shown schematically in the drawing.
FIG. 1 shows a spot maintenance device for an electrolyzer mounted on a support; Fig. 2 shows the same side view; Fig. 3 shows a top view of the chisel placed in the guide housing; figure 4 is a chisel with stops.
The device for spot servicing of the electrolyzer consists of a hopper 1 with an exhaust pipe 2 and a metering mechanism 3 mounted for movement on the support 4. The chisel 5 is placed in the guide casing 6 and is equipped with a cylinder 7 for moving it. The telescopic pipe 8 is mounted on the exhaust pipe 2 with the possibility of moving over the latter and is connected via a grip 9 to a guide casing 6 fitted with a positioned cylinder 7 of the chisel movement positioned cylinder 1
Between the guide body 6 of the chuck 5 and the guide surface 11 of the chisel, the guide roller 12 is installed in contact with them. Under the latter, on the body 6, the melter ejector 13 is fixed, the working edge of which is facing down and can be made inclined or V-shaped. The hopper 1 is equipped with two compartments 14 and 15 for materials supplied to the electrolyzer. The chisel 5 may be further provided with at least one stop 16 placed on its side surface made with a rectangular section.
The device works as follows.
The hopper 1 with alumina and auxiliary materials loaded into it from the seki 14 and 15 is mounted on the support 4 in an electrolytic bath. As the electrolyte is depleted or its properties change, the maintenance of the electrolyzer is performed in the following order. Using the position cylinder 10, the guide body 6 is mounted opposite
point of penetration of the electrolyte peel. Due to the connection of the guide casing 6 through the grip 9 with the telescopic tube 8, the latter is directed to the same point. After that, the chisel moving cylinder 7 lowers the chisel, 5 until the electrolyte crust is pressed through. The presence on the side surface of the chisel 5 stops 16 with a rectangular cross section prevents jamming of the chisel 5 in the electrolyte crust. After that, the chisel 5 is lifted by means of the cylinder 7-movement, and the working edge of the melt emitter 13 ensures that it melts from materials sticking to it. Thanks to the guide roller 12, which is in contact with the guide surface 11 of the chisel, the possibility of jamming the chisel in the guide housing 6 is eliminated. Using the metering mechanism 3, respectively, alumina or supporting materials are fed directly to the hole punched in the electrolyte crust through the outlet pipe 2 and further through a telescopic pipe 8 o. As a result, the alumina or auxiliary materials are supplied to the desired point of the electrolytic bath in the required amount, and ess puncturing the electrolyte crust and feed material may take place simultaneously.

1. Device for point maintenance of the electrolyzer, containing a movable bunker with an outflow pipe and a metering mechanism, guiding the housing with a chisel and a cylinder for moving it, characterized in that, in order to improve performance, a telescopic tube is inserted into it, a grip, position cylinder, at least one direction: a roller and a melt ejector with a working edge; the outflow tube is connected to the metering mechanism; the telescopic tube is mounted for movement on the outlet the second pipe and is connected via a grip with a guide casing, which is provided with a position cylinder, which is placed coaxially with the chisel moving cylinder, the latter is made
