专利摘要:
Dispersion which comprises water, pulverized coal and additives and is stable in storage, can be pumped and can be burned by conventional technique. The coal content of the dispersion ranges from 60 to 80% by weight and the dispersion contains at least one amphiphile substance adsorbed to the surfaces of the coal particles, which provides repulsion between the coal particles by hydration forces, and also polymers cooperating with said substance, at least one of said polymers containing segments of hydrophobic as well as hydrophilic character.

专利说明:

The invention relates to an aqueous dispersion of coal that can be used to produce liquid and gaseous products and to produce electricity and heat.
The purpose of the invention is to improve flocculation and sedimentation resistance and improve the rheological properties of coal dispersion.
The aqueous carbon dispersion is prepared by mixing the lecithin in the form of an aqueous emulsion or solution in an organic solvent with powdered coal in water, followed by the addition of a polymer. The organic solvent can be removed from the dispersion thus obtained.
Example 1. In this way, an aqueous dispersion of coal is prepared, containing, in wt%: powdered coal 65, lecithin, used in the form of an aqueous emulsion 0.05; copolymer 0.5, polyethylene oxide 70, pipropylene oxide, having the molon mol.m. 14000 30, water 34.45.
Dispersion has

Stability:

The comparison is carried out according to the known dispersion.
If 0.5 wt.% Of polyethylene oxide is used as polymer and mixed with 65 wt.% Of powdered coal and 34.5 wt.% Of water, the dispersion obtained exhibits a certain tendency to flocculation, and the stability to sedimentation is 3 days
Example 2. Example 1 is repeated with the difference that 60% by weight of powdered coal is mixed with 0.5% by weight of lecithin and from a) 0.1% by weight of naphthyl polyethylene oxide mol.m. 5000 and S) 3 sat.% | 5-naphtsh1 polyethylene oxide mol.m. 5000. In the case of a) the water content in the resulting dispersion is 39.4 wt.%, And in the case of S) it is 36.5 May. In case a) the viscosity of the water dispersion is 208 cP, and in the case of Sj 296 cP. The dispersion according to a and S is stable to flocculation, and its stability to sedimentation is 6 and 8 weeks. respectively.
EXAMPLE 3 Example 1 is repeated with the difference that 70% by weight of powdered coal is mixed with 0.21 May. nonylphenyl polyethylene oxide mol.m. 4500, 0.01 wt.% Lecithin (use
in the form of a 20% aqueous emulsion) and 29.78% by weight of water. The resulting aqueous dispersion has a viscosity of 490 cP and is resistant to flocculation. Its stability to settling 2 weeks,
EXAMPLE 4 Example 1 is repeated with the difference that 70% by weight of powdered coal is mixed with 0.05 May. % lecithin (used as a solution in alcohol, which is then removed), 0.5 wt.% polymer (table) and 29.45 wt.% water.
The table summarizes the viscosity of the resulting aqueous dispersion.

The dispersions of Example 4 are stable to flocculation and their stability to the settling of 2 shoes.
Example 5, Example 1 is repeated, with the difference that they use 80 May.% Powder coal. The resulting water dispersion has a viscosity of 7300 cP and exhibits stability to flocculation. In addition, the settling stability is 2 months.
