The invention relates to the manufacture of welded pipes, namely the manufacture of wheel rim blanks. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity. An apparatus for manufacturing wheel rim blanks contains sequentially installed devices in 1 for feeding strip blanks 2, a circular bending machine 3, a device 4 for orienting a long clearance, a welding machine 5, a machine 6 for removing burrs from longitudinal welds, an editing machine 7 welds and an 8 machine to remove burrs from the side seams. In this machine, the strip blank is bent into the ring 16 using rollers 17-19, which moves in the machine in the direction of arrow A.
