The manufacturing process of the stator pack is carried out as follows.
In the installation (Fig. 1), the strip 2 of electrical steel is wound from the drum 1 and with the help of a straightening and feeding device 3, the strip is automatically fed to a cutting press 4. -The strip 2 of silicon electrical steel has a thickness of 0.35-1.00 mm and on both sides it is covered: with layer 5 of pre-hardened Duroplast glue. The width of the strip corresponds approximately to the length of the package to be manufactured.
