The invention relates to a valve and can be used in pneumatic or hydraulic devices of an anti-slip brake system of transport.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability of the valve by eliminating the bias of each of the locking bodies when moving them in the direction of the seat and the precise alignment of each locking element with the corresponding seat.
FIG. 1 shows a solenoid valve, a cut; in fig. 2-4 - a schematic representation of the three working positions of the valve.
In case 1 with clamps 2 and 3, hollow measles 4 are installed, inside of which ball locking bodies 5 and 6 are placed along one axis, and these locking organs are installed: in flanges 7 and 8, which, in turn, are located between the rings 9 and 10. Between the flanges 7 and 8 there is an expansion element 11, made in the form of a cylindrical rod with a spherical end 12 and a flat 13 and is spring loaded 14 "The spherical end 12 of the spacer element is made in the form of a ball located on the same axis with the locking bodies . The spacer element 11 can be made either in one piece with one of the locking bodies, or as a part freely installed between the flanges of the locking bodies. Ring 9 is installed in the cavity of the core with the possibility of regulation. The valve is controlled with part 1 of the coil of the electromagnet 15. Anchor 4 is spring-loaded relative to the body with the help of spring 16. In the case passages 17 and 18 are made.
The solenoid valve operates as follows.
Until current is supplied to the coil 15, the bark 4 is pressed by the spring 16 to the ring 10, and the flange 8 rests on the spherical end 12, the ball valve 5 is pressed to its seat, and the ball valve 6 with the flange 8 is pressed from the saddle, the channel 17 is connected with a hole (not shown), and the channel 18 is closed.
In order to prevent seizure of the core 4, its dimensions and the dimensions of the locking bodies are made in such a way that when the coil is switched off
the magnet between, at the end of the core and the body cover is formed a gap.
When the coil of the electromagnet 15 is partially excited, the measles 4 moves to the right in the middle position
balance, overcoming the force of the spring 16. In this position, the flange 7 rests on the ring 9, and the flange 8 does not reach the ring 10. The spring 14 expands and moves the ball locking bodies 5 and 6 to the corresponding seats, while the spherical end 12 moves away from the flange 8. Both channels 17 and 18 are closed.
When the coil of the electromagnet 15 is fully excited, the bore 4 moves to the right, compressing the spring 14, the spherical end 12 of the spacer 11, abutting the flange 8 of the locking member 6, moving it, the latter blocking the channel 17 and opening the channel 18.
The locking bodies 5 and 6 are brought to the closed position by the point of contact of the spherical end 12 with the flange 8, ensuring the automatic closure of the channels 17 and 18, which eliminates leaks under any conditions.

A three-way electromagnet valve, comprising a housing with passageways, in which is installed hollow measles controlled by means of an electromagnetic coil with spring-loaded locking bodies in the form of balls arranged on the same axis with the possibility of movement relative to each other and mounted in flanges placed between restrictive rings, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability of operation, measles is provided with a spacer element made in the form of a cylindrical rod with a spherical skim and flat ends placed between
flanges locking bodies.
