The feed tube of a long retracting sootblower has a lance tube slidably overfitted thereon which is of an inside diameter somewhat exceeding the outside diameter of the feed tube, to provide a relatively narrow gap therebetween. The open end of the feed tube has a turbulizer mounted therein contoured to impart a helical component to the blowing fluid which blows into the lance tube from the feed tube. At a position spaced upstream from the turbulizer the wall of the feed tube is pierced with a plurality of holes equally spaced throughout its periphery. The holes provide centering jets which oppose vibration of the feed tube and prevent impacting of the same against the interior of the lance tube.

The invention relates to industrial power engineering, in particular to the cleaning of the heating surfaces of boilers from aeolian deposits using blower devices.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the blower device by eliminating vibration during its operation.
Figure 1 shows a movable device for blowing soot, a general view; figure 2 - cross section of the output end of the supply pipe; in FIG. 3, view A in FIG. 2; figure 4 - section bb in fig.Z; FIG. 3 is an isometric view of the output end of the feed and blow pipe.
The movable device for blowing soot contains a blast pipe 1 with nozzles 2, a feed pipe 3 with a turbulizer 4 at its outlet end, located inside the blow pipe 1, a carriage 5 ALY moving the blow pipe along the frame 6 and the feed pipe 3, valve 7 for supplying the working agent into the supply pipe 3. The turbulator 4 has several inclined blades 8, which form between them inclined channels for the passage of the working agent. The supply pipe 3 has holes 9 evenly spaced around its circumference.

la With the aid of the carriage 5, the blast pipe 1 is introduced into the gas duct, and after opening the valve 7, the purged medium enters the feed pipe 3.
Passing through the turbulizer 4, the purged medium with the necessary degree of turbulence enters the blower pipe 1, maintaining its temperature at a safe level, and is fed through the nozzles 2 to the surface to be cleaned. When a purged medium acts on the inclined turbulum blades, radial forces arise that can cause the output end of the supply tube to vibrate, and when the medium blows out through the radial holes 9, reactive forces occur, compensating the radial forces that occur in the turbulator, resulting in the output end of the supply tube is prevented from vibrating.

In addition to the radial arrangement, the holes are made at an angle of inclination equal to the angle of inclination of the blades of the gurbulizer. Holes can also be placed in the depths of xJBPol- ne, on the outer wall of the supply pipe 30.
The advantage of the device is to prevent the output end of the flow pipe from vibrating, which means that the reliability of the device and increases its service life.

1. MOVABLE DEVICE FOR BLOWING SOOT, containing a supply pipe connected to a source of a blown medium under pressure, a blast pipe covering a supply pipe and mounted to move along it, nozzles located at the closed end of the blast pipe and serving to supply a blown medium to the cleaned (pcsff.f> (I am a surface, a turbulator with inclined vanes mounted on the output end of the supply pipe, inside the blast pipe, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability, by eliminating vibrations and the outlet end of the supply pipe, the wall of the supply pipe has openings evenly spaced around its circumference in the area where the pressure of the blown medium in the supply pipe is higher than its pressure in the blast pipe in front of the turbulator.
