cm 112 The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to hydraulic systems of machines, and can be used in the drives of downhole pumps for pumping oil. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of controlling the speed of movement of the borehole pump, the length and position of the stroke of the polished rod. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a drive control system; figure 2 - diagram of the power cylinder. The power drive contains a power cylinder 1 with two working cavities 2 and 3, a piston 4 and a rod 5. The rod 5 is connected to the polished rod 6 of a borehole pump 7 located coaxially with the hydraulic cylinder 1 in the upper part of the well 8. The drive is held also variable-capacity reversible hydraulic drive pump 9, engine 10 for driving pump 9, communicating with the working cavities 2 and 3 of hydraulic cylinder 1 in a closed loop, accumulating element 11, command block i 2 controlling pump 9, associated with element 13 electroservice Government & tow T4 position of the piston 4, arranged on the hydraulic cylinder 1 over the entire length of the stroke of the piston 4. The hydraulic cylinder 1 and the accumulating element 11 are located in the housing 15 ,. The accumulating element 11 comprises a sleeve 16 in which a piston 17 is located, which is connected to the upper end of the rod 5. A cavity 18 is formed between the sleeve 16 and the housing 15, which communicates through the window 19 with the chamber 20 under the piston 17. The power drive downhole pump works as follows. In the initial position, the piston 4 is located at the top of its stroke, while the fluid from the pump 9 is fed into the cavity 3 through the hydroline 42 and the piston 4 begins to move downwards. Thus, the pump rod is lowered and at the same time the gas in the chamber 20 is compressed to accumulate energy. When piston 4 reaches the lower point of its stroke, fluid begins to flow into cavity 2 along hydroline 43, and out of cavity 3 displaces along hydroline 42. When the working cycle is completed, the sensors 27–29 while amp pressure in the system and the sensor 14 signal the actual piston position. The direction and magnitude of the fluid supply through the hydroline 42 or 43 is determined by the influence of the fluid from the feed pump 38 through the electro-control element 3 on the regulating elements of the pump. The electrical control element 13, in turn, is controlled by signals from the command unit 12. In this case, the magnitude and direction of the fluid supply from the pump 3 can be changed so that during the pump operation cycles each part of the velocity profile is regulated. Block 12 can be programmed to provide a fully optimal cycle of operation. FIG. 2

Claims (2) [1] 1. POWER DRIVE OF A WELL PUMP PUMP, comprising a power hydraulic cylinder with two working cavities, a piston and a piston rod, connected to a piston rod with a polished rod of a borehole pump and located coaxially with a polished rod at the top of the well, a reversible hydraulic drive pump with variable capacity, an engine for the drive of the hydraulic pump in communication with the working cavities of the hydraulic cylinder in a closed circuit, an accumulating element for storing energy during the course of the polished piston of the hydro down and return energy during the course of the polished piston up, the command unit for controlling the hydraulic pump associated with electric power control and a piston position sensor, characterized in that, in order to improve the accuracy of controlling the speed of the downhole pump, the length and position of the stroke of the polished rod, the sensor the actual position of the piston is located along the entire length of the stroke of the piston.
