The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life of the drill head by compensating for the radial beating of the rod. FIG. The casing 3 of the drill head is fastened to the body of the drilling unit 1 by means of a threaded joint 2. The tool 4 is fixed in the housing 3 by means of a fixing part, in this case an insertion element. The insertion element 4 has blades 5, which serve to transfer torque from the drilling unit to the insertion element. The plug-in element is threadedly connected to the drill rod and has a longitudinal notch 6, made in the form of a blind hole, into which the radial hole 7 goes. The latter, in turn, goes into the annular cavity 8, which is formed by the flushing head 9 and the insert element. Flush head 9 contains inner cup 10 five 0 five 0 five which is sealed with respect to the insert member by means of sealing rings 11 and 12 of circular cross section. The inner cup 10 has drills 13, which extend into the annular cavity 14 of the sleeve 15. The annular cavity 14 is sealed to the inner cup 10 by means of seals 16 and 17. The sleeve 15 has a threaded connection 18 into which a threaded nipple can be inserted to connect the flushing hose . The clutch 15 is fixed with a nut 19 and its position near the inner cup 10 and pressed against the annular groove 20 of the cup 10. The nut has a stop thread for fixing the clutch 15. The inner cup 10 has an end face 21 on its end, which interacts with the end thrust surface 22 of the support sleeve 23. The end thrust surface 22 is pushed against the end thrust surface 21 of the inner cup with the help of cup springs 24. In the direction of the drill head body 3, the axial mobility of the inner sleeve 10 is limited by a stop element 25 associated with the housing.
