There is provided a packing tube having a gas tight head region. The tube consists of a tube body formed of a multilayered connecting foil having a metallic barrier layer. A prefabricated conical headpiece is provided consisting of synthetic material having a discharge opening and a connecting element disposed thereon. The connecting element consists of a connecting foil including a metallic layer and at least one layer of synthetic material. The peripheral rim of the tubular body overlaps the outer rim of the connecting element either thereabove or therebelow, and wherein the superimposed layers of synthetic material are softened by inductive generation of heat in the metal layers, and welded to one another under pressure. The headpiece consists of two overlapping portions, the lower portion completely covering the underside of the upper portion, the lower portion consisting of a non-permeable material. The outer diameter of the headpiece is smaller than the inner diameter of the tubular body. The outer rim edge formed by the superimposed upper and lower portions of the headpiece is undercut, and forms a portion of the surface of a cone, whose apex lies on the central axis of the tube, and directed oppositely to the discharge opening of the headpiece. The invention relates to means for packaging and storing liquid and viscous substances. The aim of the invention is to simplify the manufacture of the tube. FIG. 1 schematically shows a tube with a stepped connecting element, a top view on the head part with a partial cut; in fig. 2 - half of the head part before welding, a top view on Fig. A flower with a continuously variable connecting element, a top view on the head part with a partial cut; in fig. 4 - half of the head of the tube before welding, top view. The tube contains a tubular body part I of a multilayer plastic material with a metal protective layer, 2, a head element of plastic, the lower portion of which is made in the shape of a truncated cone. The head element has an outlet opening 3 and consists of two parts 4 and 5 located one above the other. The lower part 4, made of an impermeable material, completely overlaps the upper part 5 from the bottom and is equipped with a hollow cylindrical protrusion 6. The inner surface of the protrusion 6 forms a part of the surface of the outlet 3. The upper part of the head element has a corresponding recess. Surface A, adjacent to the bottom edge of the head element, formed by both its parts 4 and 5, has the shape of a truncated cone placed with a smaller base downwards. The tube is provided with a laminated material located on the head element, comprising a metal layer 7 and at least one plastic layer, a connecting element 8. A portion of the connecting element 8 adjacent to its lower edge is overlapped with the upper edge portion of the 9-body part 1 . It is preferable to perform the device in which the upper edge portion 9 of the body part 1 is bent inward, butt against the lower edge of the head element and is blocked by the connecting element 8. It is advisable to implement the connecting element 8 speed. In this case, one side of the step is adjacent to the lower edge of the head element, and on the other side of the butt end, the inward-curved edge section 9 of the body part 1 adjoins the lower lower edge of the connecting element 8. The metal layers 2 and 7 are made mainly of aluminum. In the manufacture of a tube, the head element is drawn from both parts 4 and 5, on which the connecting element 8 is placed in a stepped or stepless form (Figures 1 and 3). Then the tubular body part 1 5 is molded to the connecting element 8 by placing its outer edge on the inward-curved edge section 9 of the body part 1. Upon subsequent heating, for example, by high-frequency induction of the metal layers 2 and 7, the multi-layer plastic material of the body part 1 and the connecting element B is softened and melted . The pressure provides a firm connection of the connecting element 8 with the head element and the body part I, filling the gaps between them with soft plastic. Surface A, adjacent to the bottom edge of the head element of the tube, having the shape of a truncated cone, placed with a smaller base down, 5 formed by both parts of the head element, the area of the connecting element adjacent to its lower edge, overlapped with the upper edge section of the body 0 parts, the upper edge portion of the body part, bent inward, butt adjacent to the lower edge of the head element and overlapping the connecting element, stepwise extension of the connecting element, in which one side of the step fits to the lower edge of the head element and the other side abuts bent inward the edge of the main part, which overlaps the outer lower edge of the connecting element, simplifies its assembly during the manufacture of the tube.

A tube comprising a body part of a multilayer plastic material with a metal protective layer, a head element of plastic, the lower part of which is made in the shape of a truncated cone, having an external opening and consisting of two parts one above the other, the lower part being made of impermeable material, completely overlaps the upper part from the bottom and is provided with a hollow cylindrical protrusion, the inner surface of which forms part of the surface of the outlet openings, and the upper part of the head element has a corresponding recess, distinguished by the fact that, in order to simplify the manufacture of the tube, the surface adjacent to the bottom edge of the head element, formed by both its parts, has the shape of a truncated cone, placed with a smaller base downwards, the tube is provided with a connecting element located on the head element, made of a multilayer material containing a metal and at least one plastic layer, with a portion of the connecting element adjacent to its lower edge, is overlapped with the upper edge portion of the hull. 2, tube of pop.
