专利摘要:
The drawings and description disclose a container having the usual fold-in end panels and roof panels interconnected by front and rear sets of fold-back panels, with inner sealing rib panels extending vertically from the fold-back panels and confined between oppositely disposed outer sealing rib panels extending vertically from the roof panels, supplemented by fold-over lip panels attached to and folded over onto the inner sealing rib panels, serving to provide a stiffer spout to facilitate the opening process, while eliminating a raw edge on the pouring lip and greatly diminishing fiber tear and delamination of the pouring surface.

This invention relates to folding cartons provided with a thermoplastic coating, in particular, to a blank and container containing a folding top closure of improved construction.
Storage containers for beverages, such as, for example, milk, cream and other dairy products, juices, and the like. liquids, usually made of cardboard, provided with a thermoplastic coating. Such containers contain an upper bolt with a pinch cap having a vertical stretching section on the bridge, used for welding the container, and an easily accessible inlet nozzle for discharging the contents of the container. It is advisable to carry out such containers so that the outlet section can be easily opened and during or after the end of the process of opening the container there was no breaking of the fibers and delamination, which would prevent the fibers from entering the container and thereby prevent damage to the contents of the container.
The aim of the invention is to prevent damage to the contents of the container by eliminating damage to its inner surface.
FIG. 1 shows the inner surface of a coated cardboard blank used to carry out a container having an upper closure and an outlet section, viewed from above, in FIG. 2 is the top view of the inner surface of another blank for making the container; on league. 3 - outer surface of the container after
joining the side connecting portion with other portions of the blank of FIG. 1, top view in FIG. 4the same, before closing the container;
in fig. 5 is the same in the partially closed position in FIG. 6 is a cross section along a plane passing through the left portion of the container after it has been completely closed. FIG. 7 is a cross section along a plane passing through the right side of the container after it is completely closed; in fig. B — capacitance after pushing the closure of the gate, in which the outlet portion is on
the intermediate stage of the opening process in fig. 9 - the same, after the full opening of the outlet section
The workpiece is usually divided into three sections: the upper gate 1, the housing 2 and the flat bottom gate (not shown). A lower step horizontal bend line 3 is located across the workpiece, which separates the upper slide 1 and a housing 2. In addition, a bottom step horizontal bend line (not shown) is located across the workpiece, which separates the bottom slide and
Case 1. Case 1 contains a series of sections made in one piece, namely the rear 4, side 5, front 6, side 7 and narrow side
connecting section B adjacent to section 7. The blank is bounded in the longitudinal direction, edges 9 and 10. Areas 4-8 are bounded by vertical bending lines 11-14.
3
The top closure consists of two opposites, their plastic-coated walls 15 and 16, when sealed, have ends 17 vertically outward and interconnected to form a V-shaped cross section placed between them two other opposite walls, each of which contains an average triangular plot 18 and. 19, folding in the transverse direction, and in two lateral fold-away sections 20-23, interconnecting all the walls and containing vertical internal sealing sections 24 and adjacent external sealing sections 25 with an anti-adhesive coating 26, interconnected during printing of the container the outer sealing portions 25 being a continuation of the inner sealing portions 4. and bent to their outer side. In addition, the outer sealing portions may be made narrower than the inner ones, or of the same width, and there may be an anti-adhesive coating on the inner sealing portions. At the same time, on the inner surface of the 1 / -shaped joining walls of a symmetrical coating, an additional anti-adhesive coating 27 can be applied to the coating on the inner sealing sections.
When making the container from the blank according to FIG. 1, section 7 is first rotated together with section 8 around a vertical line 13 of inflection. In this case, the inner surface of the portion 7 comes into contact with the inner surface of the portion 6, the vertical inflection line 14 is shifted to a position close to the vertical inflection line 12, and the inner. The surface of the area 8 comes into contact with the internal surface of the area 5 in the zone adjacent to the vertical bending line 12. Then the section 4 is turned around the vertical line 11 of the bend. In this case, the inner surface of the portion 4 comes into contact with the inner surface of the portion 5, as well as with the outer surface of the side connecting portion 8 along the edge 9. The edge 9 is translated to a position parallel to and coinciding with the position of the vertical bend line 14. Time

personal elements of the upper shutter 1 and the bottom shutter move the same. Then the container is welded, and the inner surface of the section 4 is in contact with the outer surface of the side connecting section 8.
The side connecting section 8 can be connected not only with the inner surface of section 4 or 7, as described, but also with the outer surface of the adjacent section 4 or 7 This embodiment is possible both with the blank of FIG. 1 and the blank of FIG. .2.
After making the square blank, the bottom and top of the scientific research institute gates are performed and products such as milk or juice are poured into the container. Then, different sections of the upper gate 1 are folded along the respective bending lines in order to fulfill the final structure of the head part of the finished container. The triangular exhaust portion 28 is folded along a horizontal inflection line Z. in the direction of the middle of the filled container, as shown in FIG. 5. At the same time, the triangular discharge section 29 is moved around a horizontal line of inflection 3 in the direction of the middle of the filled container. Previously, the inner and now outer surfaces of the folded portions 25 turn towards each other around the vertical line of inflection 30, and the closing portions 31 and 32 of the outer surfaces turn towards each other around the vertical line of inflection 33. The corresponding surfaces of the outlet section 34 and the closing section 31 enter in contact with the welded area, while the corresponding surfaces of the outlet section 35 and the closing section 32 are in contact with the closing section 36; (Fig. 5 and 6).
The welding of these elements of the upper gate is known. mi methods, such as sound or high-frequency oscillation, heating with the use of gas. In doing so, perspiration is obtained by a liquid-tight, strong compound that can be easily destroyed if necessary. FIG. 6 and 7 show the position of the various elements of the upper closure after their connection. With
In this way, the welded portions 17 are arranged perpendicular to the plane, which is perpendicular to the side portions 4-7, with the formation of the upper gate.
An anti-adhesive coating, such as silicone-based, for example, is applied to the folded portions 24 and 25 and portions of laterally adjacent upper locking portions (zones 27), which provides a strong, liquid-tight connection, but allowing the upper closure of the container to be easily opened.
Due to the implementation of the folded sections 24 and 25 (Fig. 1), more
rigid facilitates the process of opening the container, prevents the fibers from breaking after opening, as well as stratification and discoloration of the edges of the outlet section, resulting from frequent use of the container, as a result of eliminating the roughened edges, which are supplied with known cardboard containers for storing the liquid. The folded portions 24 and 25 are fabricated at no additional cost to the material. The ends of the upper part of the tank can be used for folding, which facilitates the welding process due to the uniform thickness along the entire length of the connected sections.
