专利摘要:
A parallelepipedic packing container of the type which is provided with a sealing fin which extends over the upper end wall of the packing container as well as over triangular, double-walled lugs adjoining this end wall. The sealing fin comprises a narrow sealing zone on the outer edge of the fin and a tearing perforation on the base line of the fin,the tearing perforation extending from the tip of one tnangular lug to a point on the end wall of the packing container. The sealing fin is unsealed in the area between the narrow sealing zone and the tearing perforation, and moreover a corresponding sealing fin arranged at the base of the packing container is appreciably narrower than the sealing fin wherein the tearing perforation is arranged

yu | 05 Yu S1L The invention relates to packaging. In the manufacture of packing containers for milk and similar products on modern high-capacity packaging machines, the web of packaging material consisting of a plastic-coated base layer of paper is transformed into a tube in which the longitudinal edges of the web are combined, after which the tube is filled with and is separated by alternating flattening and sealing in zones located at a distance from one another across the longitudinal axis of the pipe. When sealed, the tube undergoes a molding process, with the result that the packing containers take on a tetrahedral or parallelepiped shape. In cases where the packing containers are shaped like a parallelepiped, they will have two flat sealing ribs located along opposite end walls that run from above these end c. Tins, as well as along triangular tabs with double walls adjacent to said walls. which are carried out in the process of forming a package. With the double-walled triangular tabs and the sealing rib, various types of tearing perforation (notches) can be used, which can be used to open the package to unload the contents. The purpose of the invention is to increase usability. FIG. 1 shows the manufacturing scheme of the proposed packaging container; in fig. 2 — an unopened packaging container, the overall ci in FIG. 3 - opened packing container; in fig. 4 - opened and newly closed packaging container; in fig. 5 - packing container, view from the bottom. Pipe 1 packaging material (figure 1) is made of cloth packaging material. It is molded from the packages in the form of parallelepipeds which are sealed and separated by forming tools (not shown). 542 When molding parallelepiped packages (Fig. 1), triangular tabs 2 with double walls are formed, which are adjacent to flattened zones 3, as well as to the front and sides of the packaging container. After the tube formed from the packaging material is filled with the necessary content, it is flattened out in successive zones 3, and the area between the two zones is formed by bending the packaging material using molding tools (not shown). In this area, a bonding zone is formed: two narrow sealing zones 4, which are parallel to each other, slightly separated from one another and inside which the inner plastic layers of packaging material are sealed together, forming a liquid-tight and durable sealing seam. the line of the bursting notch of the perforation 5, which during the formation of the web is directed in such a way that it is located within the flattened zone 3 within the limits of the ridge 6. The discontinuity is us PFA-perforations 5 consists of a perforation line in a packaging material which permeates through naruzhnm layer of the packaging material but not through its inner plastic layer. When performing a discontinuous perforation line on the packaging material sheet, it is necessary that in the finished packaging container this line is located inside the flattened zone 3 on each side thereof so that the perforation lines are opposite each other. The sealing zones 4 are located symmetrically within the flattened area, which means that they are located near that side of the flattened area, which is located opposite the side on the lower line from which the discontinuous perforation is made. When the packaging containers are separated (Fig. 1), a cut is made in the packaging material between the sealing zones 4, which means that the split packaging containers have an upper wide sealing rib 7 and a lower narrow sealing rib 8. The sealing rib 7 is much wider than rib 8 (2-4 times). The manufacture of packaging containers is completed by folding the triangular tabs downwards adjacent side walls and fixing them in this position, and by folding the triangular tabs at the bottom of the package onto the bottom end wall and sealing them. The finished packaging container (Fig. 2, its bottom part is not visible) has a wide sealing rib 7 on the outer part with a narrow sealing zone 4, inside which the plastic-coated sides of the packaging material are fused together, forming a tight joint that runs along the entire length of the sealing rib 7. The width of the upper sealing rib is three times larger than its bonding zone. In addition, a discontinuous perforation 5 is located in the sealing rib 7, located near the edge 6 of the sealing rib 7. The said discontinuous perforation, which is located on each side of the sealing rib 7, extends from the top of the triangular tongue 2 to point 9 on the central part of the upper end wall 10 packing container. The sealing rib 7 extends along the entire length of the upper end wall 10 and further along two triangular tabs 2, which are connected along line 11 of folding of the upper end wall 10. The layers of material in the area of the sealing rib 7 and tearing perforation 5 superimposed on one another can be separated from each other. In order to facilitate the formation of the discharge chute when opening the bag, fold lines 12 are provided on the upper end surface 10 of the bag along which parts of the bag can be folded to form the discharge chute. The extreme point 9 of the discontinuous perforation 5 should be located at the point of convergence of the fold lines 12 or slightly behind it, but it should not pass to the seam 13, which is formed when the roll material is molded into a pipe, FIG. Figure 3 shows the process of opening the packaging container. The triangular tab 2, attached to the side wall of the bag, is opened, the bristles of which bend the wide rib 7 to the position at the right angle to the upper end wall 10 of the packaging container. After that, the outer part of the wide rib with a discontinuous perforation is grabbed with fingers and torn away from the perforation line 5. As a result, a linear hole is formed, which can be expanded to a rhombic shape (FIG. 3) by raising the tab 2 while folding along the lines 12 pieces of packaging material forming a drain groove. The latter contributes to obtaining a stable riva through a wide opening. The severed part of the rib 7 must be removed from the discharge zone so that it does not come into contact with the contents when it is poured out. After the required amount of contents is poured in the bag, it can be closed to prevent dust from entering it. This is accomplished by closing the type of blower bellows of the triangular tab 2 above the emptying hole to the position behind or under the part of the packaging material that forms the upper side of the triangular tab (figure 4). As a result of this process, a stable closing condition is achieved, but, nevertheless, the bags can be easily opened again by moving the tab 14 back, with the result that the lower side of the triangular tab 2 is ejected outside again, forming an emptying hole 15 (Fig. 4) . The bottom of the bag with a narrow sealing rib 8 is shown in FIG. five. The package design in accordance with the invention has several advantages over the known structures: the packaging container opens more easily, since the wide sealing rib 7 provides a comfortable grip when the perforation is broken, and it can also be easily closed again. These benefits are achieved without increasing the cost of packaging. container, since its manufacture does not use more material and does not complicate the technological process.
