专利摘要:
The invention relates to an apparatus for removing oil from water, comprising a horizontal roller cooperating with a scraper blade as well as a receiving tray, the improvement being that the roller has its upper surface at the level of the water surface and is placed above the receiving tray and that between roller and the suction pump side of the receiving tray a grate has been placed, which cuts the collected oil into dischargeable pieces.

专利说明:

The invention relates to a device for removing oil from a water surface, comprising a rotating cylinder that can be driven and has a horizontally located axis of rotation, and a receiving chute.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the reliability and efficiency of the device at low temperatures.
The drawing shows the principle of operation of the device.
The device contains a receiving tray 1, which can form part of the cleaning arm, and can also be part of another device, for example, form the side wall of the vessel. The receiving chute 1 has an overflow end 2, while the rotating drum 3 is located directly above this end. The drum 3 can be rotated in the direction indicated by the arrow 4, and the upper part of its cylinder is at the level of the water surface 5. On the water surface there is a layer of oil 6 that must be removed and which tends to adhere to the surface of the rotating drum 3.
A scraper blade 7 interacting with it is pressed to the bottom of the rotating drum, and a grate 8 is placed directly below it, which is located between the front wall 9 of the receiving tray 1 and the rear wall 10. The device is equipped with a pump 11.
The unit, consisting of a rotating cylinder and a grate, can be removed in order to remove accumulated dirt.
The device works as follows.
The mass 12 of petroleum products is pressed against the scraper blade 7 using a rotating drum 3, pushed through the grate 8 under the influence of the pushing force created by the rotating drum, and also under the action of its own weight 4 is pushed through the grating, dividing it into pieces or filamentary formations 13, which are introduced into mass of water 14. This mixture can be discharged through the suction port 15 using the pump 11 in
1266474 1 space where the products are separated and stored. Lattice 8 retains mechanical impurities, but its main purpose is to separate the viscous mass of oil into smaller pieces. The rods from which the grating is made are thin, preferably sharpened like knives and made of steel wire, for example 3 mm in diameter.
Because the rotary drum 3 communicates with the interior surface of the oil layer 15 and the fact that the thrust force is generated also by gravity in the course of pushing the oil through the bars, the degree of adhesion of oil at low temperatures does not decrease so rapidly 20. The rotating drum can be heated to ensure good oil adhesion under all conditions.
The changes associated with the degree of adhesion and layer thickness can be controlled by changing the rotation speed of drum 3.
The thickness of the layer can be changed by adjusting the block, consisting of 30 rotating drum, scraper blade 7 and grate 8, in the vertical direction.
If necessary, the surface of the rotating cylinder 35 can be increased by having ridges or the like on it around the circumference.

CM 1 The invention relates to devices designed to remove oil from the water surface, containing a rotating cylinder, which can be driven and has a horizontal axis of rotation, and a receiving tray. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and efficiency of the device at low temperatures. The drawing shows the principle of operation of the device. The device comprises a receiving stream 1, which may form part of the cleaning lever, and may also be part of another device, for example, form a side wall of the vessel. The receiving tray 1 has an overflow end 2. The rotating drum 3 is placed directly above this end. The drum 3 can be rotated in the direction indicated by arrow 4, and the upper part of its cylinder is at the level of the water surface 5. oil 6, which must be removed and which tends to stick to the surface of the rotating drum 3. To the bottom of the rotating drum, the scraper blade 7 interacting with it is pressed, and directly below it is per bar 8, which is located between the front wall 9 of the receiving tray 1 and the rear wall 10. The device is equipped with a pump 11. A unit consisting of a rotating cylinder and a grill can be removed from in order to remove accumulated contaminants. The device works the next time. The oil mass 12 is pressed against the scraper blade 7 by means of a rotating drum 3, is pushed through the grid 8 under the influence of a pushing force supplied by the rotating drum, and also under the action of its own weight 4 is pressed through the grid dividing it into pieces or thread-like formations 13, which are VUO dt into the mass of water 14. This mixture can be brought out through the suction port 15 by means of a pump 11 into 741 space, where the resulting products are separated and stored. Grate 8 retains mechanical contamination, but its main purpose is to separate the viscous mass of oil into smaller pieces. The bars from which the grille is made are thin, preferably sharpened like knives and made of steel wire with a diameter of, for example, 3 mm. Due to the fact that the rotating drum 3 interacts with the inner surface of the oil layer and that the pushing force is created, also by the force of pushing oil through the grate rod, the degree of oil adhesion at very low temperatures will not decrease so quickly. The rotating drum can also be preheated, which guarantees good oil spraying under all conditions. Adjusting the changes associated with the degree of adhesion and thickness of the layer can be changed by changing the speed of rotation of the drum 3. The thickness of the layer can be changed by adjusting the block consisting of a rotating drum, scraper blade 7 and grid 8 in the vertical direction. If necessary, the surface of the rotating cylinder can be increased due to the presence on it of circumferential ridges or similar profiles. Claim 1. A device for removing oil from a water surface, comprising a drum, which has a rotational drive and a horizontal axis of rotation, a receiving tray located underneath the lower moving part of the drum, while the drum interacts with the water to be cleaned and rotates so that The oil floating on the surface of the water is moved by its surface in the direction of the receiving tray, while the said part of the drum surface interacts with the scraper blade that unloads into the receiving a tray of collected petroleum products, the receiving tray being connected to a pump, characterized by
so that, in order to increase the reliability and efficiency of the device in operation in conditions of low temperatures, the upper surface of the drum is located at the level of the water surface above the tray, which is located below the water surface, while the device is equipped with a grill, which is located directly below the drum and below the scraper blade , interacting with the lower half of the drum, and the grill is located above the inlet of the pump.
