专利摘要:
The invention relates to techniques for the protection of objects from the harmful effects of static electricity charges. The chain of the invention is an increase in the effectiveness of neutralization. The nozzle 2 is supplied with compressed gas containing vapors of a condensable substance. When voltage is applied to the corona electrode 3, a discharge is ignited, in which charged particles are formed. Particles are deposited on droplets and carried by the gas flow to the object 10 to be processed. Placing the non-corona electrode 4 in the body cavity of the nozzle 2 makes it possible to increase the magnitude of the discharge voltage and increase the magnitude of the discharge current. In turn, this allows you to get a large amount of flow of charges at the output of the generator. 1 il. KS2 3SSSSSSS5SS5SSS5 aS QjShSZSvSZSiiSCShShZZi I ftSSSSSSSSipSbSEi 7 S / 9

专利说明:

The invention relates to the technology of healed objects from the harmful manifestations of static electricity charges and can be used in the development of electro-gas neutralizers of static electricity for the aviation and other industries,
The aim of the invention is to increase the neutralization efficiency by increasing the current at the output of the generator.
In the drawing, the circuit diagram of the device is presented.
The generator consists of a hollow body 1, a gas supply system (not shown), a nozzle 2, a pointed corona electrode 3, an annular non-corona electrode 4, an adjustable AC generator with a transformer 5 and a capacitor 6. The non-coring electrode is connected to the cavity of the body. with a current generator using pin 7, which is covered with an insulation layer 8 on the side of the nozzle, through control unit 9. The processed object is placed in a jet flowing out of the generator.
The nozzle 2 is made of a dielectric material. A noncorona electrode 4 is placed in the cavity of the nozzle body. The tip of the corona electrode 3 is located in the throat (critical section) of the nozzle 2. The corona electrode is connected to the secondary winding of the transformer 5 through a capacitor 6.
The device works in the following way.
A compressed gas containing vapors of the substance condensing during expansion and cooling of the gas is supplied to the nozzle. When vapor condenses, liquid drops form. When a direct current is applied to the eroning electrode, a discharge is ignited in which charged particles are formed. These particles

precipitated on droplets and carried by the gas stream to the treatment zone. The mode of operation of the generator can be changed using block 9.
Placing the non-corona electrode in the cavity of the nozzle body allows one to increase the magnitude of the discharge voltage and increase the magnitude of the discharge current. In turn, this allows obtaining a large amount of charge fluxes at the output of the generator and increasing the neutralization efficiency.
