![]() Filter for cigaretts
专利摘要:
A filter for a cigarette which includes a centrally disposed generally conical baffle at the mouth end thereof with its conically shaped wall diverging in the general direction of the flow of smoke through the filter to divert the smoke exiting from the center of the filter when in use. The baffle is substantially impervious to smoke and forces the smoke leaving the filter in a direction generally angularly outward from the periphery of the filter. Ventilating air grooves can also be provided in the filter to direct ventilating air at the mouth end of the filter to provide mixing of the exiting smoke and ventilating air at the mouth end of the filter.
2, the filter according to claim 1, wherein the means for directing the flow of smoke is a depression with smoke-tight walls. 3, Filter pop. 1, which is different from the fact that the means for directing the smoke path is Self, with the latter encompassed by a flange placed on the tube. at the pty or at the output end of the filter or to filters having a means of directing the flow of dyma in the filter at an angle outward from the oral end. In most cigarettes, smoke concentrates in the center of the filter and, when tightened, enters the mouth of the smoker horizontally or longitudinally, thus minimizing most sensitive points, which reduces taste. The aim of the invention is to improve the taste when smoking | 1. FIG. t is a P1 filter available; in fig. 2 is a sectional view in FIG. tj in FIG. 3 - the proposed filter attached to a cigarette, option; in fig. 4 is a section BB in FIG. 3} in FIG. 5 - the proposed filter attached to a cigarette, option; in fig. 6 shows a section B-B in FIG. five. fe ibTp for cigarettes (Figs. t and 2) consists of a cylindrical filter rod 1 made of porous material encased in a shell 2 extending in the longitudinal direction, a strip 3 of cigarette paper to connect the filter with a tobacco rod and smoke. means for directing the flow, placed in the center of the filler at its oral end and having a cone-shaped, vertex-facing inside the filter and the axial area There is an oral filter end and we have holes around the liner. 4. Filter on PP. 1 and 3, in which the apertures are inclined to the longitudinal axis of the filter at an angle corresponding to the angle of inclination of the conical surface of the liner. whose vanes range from 10 to 80% of the cross-sectional surface of the filtering {its rod 1.. The means for directing flow may be a recess 4 or liner 5, the latter being enveloped by a flange 6 placed at the end of the oral end of the filter and having openings 7 located around the sleeve that can be inclined to the longitudinal axis of the filter at an angle corresponding to the angle of inclination conical surface of the insert. The shell 2 is filled with porous and the strip 3 of cigarette paper is provided with a plurality of holes 8 for ventilation air supplied to the filter rod for diluting the flow of the flow of the wind. As shown in FIG. 1-4, the means for directing the flow of dyma, having a conical shape, expands in the direction of the flow of smoke passing through the filter rod 1 to direct the smoke coming out of it at an angle outward from the end of the filter placed in the mouth. This circumstance increases the distribution of dma in the front part of the smoker's mouth, as a result of which the taste sensations of the smoker are improved. The means for directing the flow of smoke (Figs. 1 and 2) can be made of smoke-proof material and located in the central part of the end placed in the mouth or the output end of the filter rod 1 to make the central area neurotransmit. Baseline means covers around 10 to 80% of the transverse filter area. It has been found that where a large amount of ventilation air is added to the diesel flow in the filter, the smoke is diluted significantly and a larger base of the cone is required in order to obtain a lateral or turbulent movement of the smoke coming out of the filter. FIG. Figures 3 and 4 show a filter with a centrally located cone-shaped liner 5, made of plastic, mounted on the filter rod 1 s and placed in its conical part so that it expands in the direction of flow of the filter through the filter rod 1. The insert 5 has a flange 6 running at an angle outward from the periphery of the base of the insert. The base and the flange overlap the entire outlet of the filter rod t and are embedded in the filter rod 1. On the outer side of the liner 5 there are a plurality of holes 7 made in the flange b for the smoke to exit. Preferably, each airbag 7 is positioned so that its axis is at an angle to the axis of its core} and is inclined to the longitudinal axis of the filter rod to 1 in the direction of smoke flow. Each hole 7 (Fig. 4) is inclined at an angle corresponding to the angle of inclination of the conical surface of the liner 5. Wah FIG. Figures 5 and 6 depict a filter whose casing 2 is airtight, and the cigarette paper strip 3 may be porous or non-porous and provided with a plurality of vents 8 for ventilating air. which is located at the end of the filter rod f inserted into the mouth and extends along it and a distance shorter than the length of the filter rod t. As in FIG. 5, four notches 9 are located at a frame distance from each other around the rod 1 of a filter. The means for directing the flow of smoke (Figs. 5 and 6) is a recess4 formed in the filter material of the rod 1 and has a conical wall that is transformed into smoke-proof, for example, by chemical treatment, in order to plug the bees of the filter material. Ethnlencellulose and methylcellulose can be used for this purpose. The optical base area of the recess depends on the size of the tank 8, the speed of the flow through the grooves, as well as the number of grooves. P1ZH smoking a spirit that passes through the vent holes 8 of the strip 3 into the recesses 9 and passes through them & the direction of the open Koktsov notches on the oral end of the rod} of the filter. At the same time, the day passes through the rod 1. The recess 4 restricts the flow at the end of the filter so that dm deflects at an angle outwards into the passage of winding air coming out of the open ends of the valve and out of the air 9. Vortex flows created by the flows the ventilation air, the exit of the open air of the open ends of the cavities 9, disperse the smoke in the mouth of the smoker to create a taste sensation. The daml flow guide can imeTb a truncated cone or hemisphere. LL iAAA "Puf-Z at at 2 l .-v ". VTk.% Si .-%: - N v-f f.
