This goal is achieved due to the fact that in the anchor bolt, made in the form of a hollow tube, closed at the ends, with a nozzle for supplying high pressure fluid and with a longitudinal recess, a spacer in the form of a helix fixed to one of the the ends of the tube. According to the proposed method of bolt anchoring, in which a radially stretchable tube is installed in the hole and high-pressure fluid is fed into it, before installing the tube into the hole between the tube and the hole wall, spaced spiral expansion means is placed in the hole by fixing it at one of the ends of the tube.
