The invention relates to railway track repair devices, in particular to devices for replacing its ballast layer. The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity. The machine comprises a box-shaped frame 2 supported on the undercarriage 1, on which the device 3 for removing the ballast is mounted, a conveyor belt 4 for sand supply and a conveyor belt 5 located below it for feeding crushed stone, which are mounted on the frame 2 and can be rotated in a horizontal plane and placed behind the device 3 in the direction of the machine (arrow A).
