This invention relates to the filtration of liquids, namely engine oils and fuels.

The guide plate 23 with a sheath 24 wrapped with metal wire 25. The plate 11 moves along the lower part of the partition 3 in a circle and has a length that greatly exceeds the sum of the diameters of the hole 12 and the hole of the partition 3 so that when part of the plate 11 finds and completely closes the entrance to the filter cartridge, the hole 12 is completely closed.
The lower part of the hollow shaft 7 communicating with the lower part of the oil flow regulator 13 is connected to the inlet 26 of the pump 10, the injection port of which is connected to the regeneration indicator 17, the outlet 27 of which is connected to the cleaning centrifuge 20.
The indicator 17 is regenerative and consists of a hollow body 28 having, for example, a cube shape, open on one side and bounding the chamber 29, through which 30 is passing with a spring 31. On the axis 30 there is a back- slash 32 so as to cover the hole 33, made in the housing wall opposite to the open end of the housing. The axis 30 has a protrusion located on the outside of the housing 28, and a pointer 18 is fixed at its end. The filter cartridge 6 has a sleeve 34 at the open end and is installed in its annular groove, while a sealing gasket 35 is provided on the sleeve, the opposite end of the filter cartridge has a cap 36 formed with a central recess 37. Outside of the screw, the compression spring 38 abuts against the bottom 39 of the cap 36.
For better retention of the filtering web 23, which, under pressure, presses against the frame 22, the diameter and the distance between the holes are such that they effectively keep the filter web 23 on the frame 22. The holes on the frame 22 have a diameter of 2 mm and the distance between them is 4 mm. The sheath 24 includes weft yarns, the diameter of which is twice the diameter of the main yarns. Preferably, the diameter of the weft threads is 0.4 mm, and the diameter of the main threads is 0.2 mm. The metal wire 25 is spirally wound, with the turns of the helix relatively close to each other.
The bottom end of the sleeve 34 is sealed with a gasket 35 at the upper end of the retaining device 40. The retaining device 40 includes a hollow body 41, one end of which has an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the end of the sleeve 34.
The housing 41 has a bore in which a screw spring of compression 42 is installed, one end of which rests against the inner end of the bore 43 and the opposite end of the bristle of the cross-section guide body 44. At the end of the guide body 44, a plug 45 is fixed, fastened with a bolt 46 and intended for a hermetic abutment through the gland 47 into the annular seat 48 formed inside the housing 41.
The end of the housing 41 behind the plug 45 is intended for hermetic fastening in the opening of the partition 3.
This entire assembly is a valve designed so that the end of the guide organ 44 is lowered, overcoming the force of the spring 42, when the end 49 of the filter cartridge 6 is inserted and fixed in the housing 41, with the result that the plug 45 leaves the socket 48, opening a message between the internal cavity of the filter cartridge 6 and the opening of the partition 3.
The bottom surface of the partition 3 is polished to interact tightly with the upper surface of the plate 11.
The installation works in the following way.
Fluid, such as waste oil from a diesel engine, is pumped under pressure to the receiving chamber 5. Since the rotating hollow lever 8 through the means 9 is in contact with the inner surface of the partition 3 directly under one of its openings, communicating with one the filter cartridge 6, the internal cavity of the other 1x filter cartridges 6 freely communicates with the receiving chamber 5 and the oil under pressure passes through the holes in the pere- 55 town 3.

The hollow shaft 7 with the flow regulator 13, the lever 8 and the means 9 is driven in rotation by the engine 21 so that the opening 12 of the plate 11 is alternately aligned with each opening of the partition 3.
The pump 10 operates continuously and creates a vacuum in the flow controller 13 and the lever 8. This vacuum exists for exactly as long as the hole 12 of the plate 11 is closed as a result of the contact of the plate 11 with the partition 3 between adjacent holes of the latter.
Immediately before aligning the opening 12 with the opening of the partition 3, the adjacent opening of the partition 3 is closed with a solid part of the plate 11. At this point, the corresponding filter cartridge 6 becomes isolated from the receiving chamber 5, into which contaminated oil under pressure is fed, and the pressure drops through the 5 wall This cartridge instantly disappears. Since at this moment there is no pressure directed from the inside to the outside of the filter cartridge, the contaminants are no longer pressed against the filter cartridge.
As the lever 8 continues its rotation, the opening 12 in the plate 11 is aligned with the hole in the partition 3. Then, in the internal cavity of the filter cartridge 6, a negative pressure is created, which takes place in the lever 8 as a result of the suction action of the pump 10.
As a result of a sharp water hammer, the contaminants retained inside the filter cartridge 6 are detached and removed through the regulator 13 and the regeneration indicator 17, entering the centrifuge 20 together with the flow of oil under the action.
The filter cartridges 6 are cyclically and alternately subjected to the action of a water hammer, which occurs each time the hole 12 is aligned with one of the openings of the partition 3. This water hammer is directed from the inside of the filtrate chamber 4 through
