This invention relates to weaving machines for weaving machines and is intended for use in shuttleless weaving.
The purpose of the invention is to save the supply fluid, in particular air,
Fig. 1 shows a scheme for connecting the device with a weaving machine; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - river. BB cutout in figure 2; in fig. 4 shows a section B-B in FIG. 2; in fig. 5 - the same, in a different position of the movable element.
The thread guide unit 1 comprises a housing 2 with a thread guide with a nijiM channel 3 for a weft thread 5 laid in the direction of the arrow 4 (not shown in Fig. 1). The housing 2 contains means for changing the direction of movement of the compressed fluid in the denton-guide channel 3, which has a movable element 6 equipped with a seal 7 and a flat spring 8. The element 6 is made 1 p1 cylindrical and can be rotated about an axis 9 perpendicular to the axis of the thread guide channel 3, by means of the lever 10 and provided with an inlet channel 11, which is spread at an acute angle to the channel 3.
The channel 11 through the channels 12, 13 and 14 can be connected to the openings 15 or 16 in the housing 2 (Fig. 3).
The movable element 6 has an annular cutout 17, interacting with the stop 18.
FIG. 1 shows the performance of the weaving machine 19c by pneumatic laying of the weft yarn 5 in the direction shown by line 20.

When the machine 19 is operated, the thread-attachment device 1 is in live mode according to FIG. 2-4. The main pan 24 is open. The air goes through the lines 21 and 28 into the thread guide channel. 3 in the direction opposite to the opposite arrow 4. The weft thread 5, due to the introduction of air, experienced a slight brake and, therefore, tension, as a gift, which could be kept. metering device 29, mounted on a weaving machine 19 per hundred weft pads.
If on the loom 19, for example, the weft is broken, the machine stops and the valve 24 automatically closes. Now the movable element 6 can be rotated using the lever 10 from braking the weft thread 5 according to FIG. 2-4 by 180 and the threading of the thread in accordance with FIG. five.
In this position, it is connected to the power supply line 26 and the air is directly. From source 22, through pipelines 21 and 2, it is directed to the thread guide line 3 in the direction of arrows 4. This year, the dangling refining thread 5 can be reloaded into the thread guide rail. the device, however, it (Fig. 2) is sucked in from the left into the channel 3 and is fed to the d part for laying.
Switching to the position in FIG. 5, the volume is produced in the case and for the time of filling, the air is taken away from the source 22.
When the weft thread 5 threading device 1 in
to source 22 of compressed air. The pipe is driven by a lever 10.
the wire 21 has a filter 23 and a main valve 24. A pipeline 26 from the pipe 21 is branched with a throttle 25 connected to the opening 15 of the housing 2. The opening 16 of the housing 2 is connected through the throttle 27 by pipe 28 to the pipeline 21. The thread guide device 1 is installed on the machine 19 on paths for laying the weft yarn 5 from the metering device 29.
The device works as follows.

When the machine 19 is operating, the thread guiding device 1 is in the position according to FIG. 2-4. The main valve 24 is open. Air flows through pipelines 21 and 28 into the yarn guide channel. Step 3 in the direction opposite to arrow 4. The weft thread 5, due to the introduction of air, experiences slight braking during laying and, accordingly, tension, so that it can be held on the dosing device 29 mounted on the loom 19 on the side of the weft strip.
If, for example, a weaving yarn is broken on the loom 19, the machine is stopped and the main valve 24 is automatically closed. Now, the movable element 6 can be rotated with the help of the lever 10 from the braking position of the weft thread 5 according to FIG. 2-4 by 180 and occupy the position of threading in accordance with FIG. five.
In this position, air supply line 26 is connected and now the air is direct. From source 22, through lines 21 and 26, it is directed to the thread guide channel 3 In the direction of the arrows 4. Due to this, the broken refined thread 5 can be reloaded into the Thread guide device 1. At the same time, it (Fig. 2) is sucked from the left into channel 3 and fed to other parts for laying.
Switching to the position shown in FIG. 5, is carried out only in the case and for the time of filling the duck, while the air is taken directly from the source 22.
When the weft thread 5 is threaded, the yarn guide unit 1 is again
 driven by lever 10
to the position shown in Figures 2-4 (braking position) and the weft thread 5 is again under tension on the metering device 29 during operation of the machine 19. Instead of air, another medium can also be used, for example water, which represents a certain interest in the case of operation of a weaving machine using a water jet.
The use of this invention saves fluid.
