    The invention relates to reinforcement, mainly to valves of small diameters, and can be used in heating and power equipment with solid fuel or in valves for the equipment of nuclear power plants.
    The known node of the connection of the cover with the valve body contains a pipe and a gland seal hermetically installed in it, and on the top of the pipe is a flange on which a cover with a support is fitted, fitted with a throat. Such a structure is given in the description of the USSR author's certificate No. 223119, cl. F 16 K 27/08, 06/17/81.
    The disadvantages of the known lid-to-body connection assembly are the difficulty of manufacturing and the increased total weight of the reinforcement.
    These drawbacks are eliminated by the present invention, which is a node connecting the lid to the valve body, containing a spigot and a gland seal hermetically installed in it, the flange on which the flange is mounted on the upper part of the spigot and fitted with a neck made with a transitional conical surface, and in the neck of the lid there is an internal recess, in which a split ring with a conical mating surface is placed, pressed against the conical surface flange safety threaded sleeve. In addition, at the end of the flange, at least one arresting hole is made, in which with a stop there is a screw screwed into the support of the lid and excluding the protrusion of the latter.
    The joint assembly of the present invention has a simple construction, has reduced accuracy requirements for the tolerances of the coupling parts, and makes it possible to manufacture separate components on a single machine simultaneously.
    The drawing shows the connection assembly, vertical section.
    According to the invention, on the pipe 11 of the valve body 1, through which the spindle 2 is sealed in the lower part by the sylphon 3, and in the upper part by the gland seal 4, the flange 111c is made with a transition conical surface 112. On the end part 113 of the flange 111 is made with one centering diameter 114 on the side and, on the other hand, arresting holes 115 for stops 51, made on gland screws 5. The centering diameter 114 of flange 111 is mounted and the cover 6 with its contact area 81 is fitted to the end part with contact area 62 internal notch 63 and
    0 by internal cutting 64. In the internal opening 63 of the neck 62 of the cover 6 with its ledge 71 and a safety threaded sleeve 8 is pressed, the separating ring 7 is pressed, the upper conical surface 72 of which is adjacent to the transition conical surface 112 of the flange 111 and thus forms a rigid connection of the cover 6 with pipe 11 body 1 fittings.
    The cover 6 is secured against turning by means of stuffing boxes.
    The Q screws 5 that are screwed into the threaded holes 651 formed in the support 65 of the cover 6. The packing screws 5 are then pulled in and the nut 9 tightens the pressure cover 10 of the stuffing box 12, which thus presses the packing 12 of the stuffing box 5 to 4 fittings.
    When mounting the joint, the cover 6 is mounted on the centering diameter 114 of the end part 113 of the flange 111, and its contact area 61 is pressed onto this end part 113. The stuffing boxes
    0 screws 5 are screwed into the support 65 of the cover 6, and the stops 51 formed on them are inserted into the locking holes 115 of the flange 111 and fix the position of the cover 6 against rotation. An inner ring 7 is inserted into the inner recess 63 of the neck 62 of the lid 6, which is drawn to the transitional conical surface 112 of the flange 111 by a safety threaded sleeve 8. The connection is dismantled in reverse order.
    0 The proposed connection of cover 6 with valve body 1 can be used in all valves for classical and atomic energy and for all other industrial sectors.

    1. ASSEMBLY OF THE COVER WITH THE CASING OF THE FITTING, comprising a pipe and a gasket sealed in it, and on the upper part of the pipe a flange is mounted on which a cover with a support is fitted, provided with a neck, characterized in that the flange 111 is made with a transition conical surface 112 and in the neck 62 of the cover 6 an internal recess 63 is made, in which a detachable ring 7 with a mating conical surface 72 is placed, pressed against the conical surface 112 of the flange 111 with a safety threaded sleeve 8.

    2. Connection node according to π. 1, characterized in that at the end part FROM the flange 111, at least one locking hole 115 is made, in which a screw 5 is placed with a stop 51 screwed into the support 65 of the cover 6 and preventing the latter from turning.
