An internal fin tube heat exchanger comprises a cylindrical tube having on its inside a continuous heat exchange member with a plurality of legs branched from a central longitudinal extending member. The heat exchange member can be metal strip cut with a plurality of ribs disposed at an acute angle thereto, so that when the member is pulled into the tube, the ribs do not resist movement in one direction but do resist reverse movement in the opposite direction, which opposite direction is also the direction of flow of the fluid within the tube. Thus the fluid does not dislodge the heat exchange member. The ribs can be cut in various patterns and the strip is rotated when being drawn into the tube so as to impart a twist thereto, thereby to position the ribs all about the periphery of the tube. The ribs can have feet thereon that extend either peripherally of the tube or longitudinally of the tube.

The invention relates to a heat-generating apparatus and can be used in the energy industry.
The aim of the invention is to increase the processability and intensify heat exchange by simplifying the manufacture of the pipe and reducing the contact resistance between the pipe wall and the turbulence elements.
Figure 1 schematically shows the proposed pipe; figure 2 is the same cross section; Fig. 3 shows a heat exchanger tube with bent legs of turbulizing elements; 4 - the same, with an insert of two flat tapes; FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the insert.
The heat exchanger pipe 1 contains an axially inserted insert in the form of a glg tape 2, which has turbulent elements in the form of double-sided transverse cuts on the edges. the latter as a result of their execution in an unstressed state before entering into the pipe 1 with a larger size than the internal diameter

During the operation of the proposed heat exchanger tube, the flat tape 2 is retained in the tube 1 due to the interaction of the slopes of the petals 3 with its inner surface, for which the flow of heat 3Q of the carrier must be directed along the slope of the petals 3.

1. A HEAT EXCHANGER PIPE with an insert placed along its axis, having turbulizing elements located along the length of the insert at an acute angle to the pipe axis and elastically contacting the inner surface of the latter as a result of performing them in an unstressed state before entering into a pipe with a larger size than the inner diameter pipes, characterized in that, in order to improve manufacturability and intensify heat transfer, the insert is made in the form of a flat tape, and the turbulizing elements are in the form of bilateral transverse cuts § at the edges, about azuyuschih petals disposed in lentG plane.
