![]() Torsion shock absorber
专利摘要:
A torsional damper comprises at least two coaxial parts (A, B) mounted to rotate relative to one another. A plurality of elastic members are disposed between these parts (A, B) in the circumferential direction. At least one of these members is formed by a block (10') of elastic material, partially housed without circumferential clearance in an opening (27') in one of the coaxial parts (A, B). It is also partially housed, with circumferential clearance (J'T, J'R), in an opening (28') in the other of the coaxial parts (A, B). The elastic material block (10') has a peg (32T, 32R) of elastic material projecting from it in at least one circumferential direction. The invention is applicable in particular to friction clutch mechanisms for automotive vehicles. 公开号:SU1218931A3 申请号:SU833552052 申请日:1983-02-08 公开日:1986-03-15 发明作者:Луазо Пьер 申请人:Валео (Фирма); IPC主号:

2. The shock absorber according to claim 1, about tl and. This is due to the fact that the spikes are installed in the support washers with gaps filled with the spikes material during their deformation. The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for damping torsional vibrations in power transmissions of various machines. . A torsional shock absorber is known, containing two coaxially arranged disks with sockets connected by elastic elements tangentially arranged around the circumference from elastic material with supporting washers ij. A disadvantage of the known torsion damper is the low degree of depreciation of torsional vibrations due to the simultaneous commissioning of all elastic elements. The closest to the invention in technical terms and the achieved result is a torsion damper containing two coaxially mounted D11sc with sockets connected tangentially to the location along the circumference by elastic elements, some of which are installed without a circumferential gap in the disc slots, while others with a circumferential gap relative to the sockets of one of the disks 2J. A disadvantage of the known torso shock absorber is the noise and vibrations that appear at the beginning of the operation of the elastic elements installed with a gap. The purpose of the invention is to reduce schum and reduce oscillations of torsion amortisator. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a torsion absorber containing two coaxially mounted disks with sockets, tangentially located elastic elements, some of which are installed without an circular gap in the sockets of the disks, and others, made of elastic material, are circumferentially spaced The shock absorber for individual elements and us from various materials. : The sockets of one of the discs, and supporting washers, between which elastic elements are located, a part of elastic elements made of elastic material, have spikes protruding along the axis for supporting washers from elastic material. I The spikes are mounted on the j6ax oporn with gaps filled with rial spikes with their deformation. Elastic elements and spikes are made of various elastic materials. FIG. 1 shows torsion shock absorber, plan view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 - elastic element of elastic material with spikes and discs, non-working position; in fig. 4, 5 and 6 - the same, different phases of the torsion absorber; in fig. 7 and 8 — elastic element made of elastic material with spikes, various embodiments; in fig. 9 momentary characteristic of the torsion damper. The torsional shock absorber contains I two coaxially arranged disks 1 and .2. Disk 1 has slots 3, in which elastic elements 4 are installed, installed without a circumferential gap, and elastic elements 5 made of elastic material, installed with a circumferential gap rum 6 and having support washers 7. Elastic elements 5 have axially protruding thrust washers 7 spikes 8 of elastic material, the cross section of which is smaller than the cross section of elastic elements 5. Structurally, the spikes 8 can be made in one piece with the elastic elements 5 (Fig. 8) or a separate piece of elastic ma- 71 a material other than an elastic material of an elastic element 5 (the figure is connected to an elastic element 5 by landing with tension, alignment or gluing. There are gaps 9 between the spikes 8 and the support washers 7. Torsion absorber works as follows. With relative rotation of the disks 1 and 2, the torque is first transmitted through elastic elements 4 installed without a circumferential gap, which corresponds to section 1 of the torque characteristic of the torsion damper (Fig. 9. With further relative rotation of the disks 1 and 2, the circumferential gap b is selected and deformation of spikes 8, which in this case fill 19T gaps 9- (Fig. 5). The deformation of spikes 8 corresponds to the section ri on the moment characteristic of the torsional damping-i of the torus. After that, the deformation of the elastic elements 5 occurs (Fig. 6).- The surrounding gap 6 for the elastic elements 5 can be chosen differently; . 4-A one i; 218931 then a torque characteristic can be obtained with a large number of inclined sections, as, for example, in FIG. 9, which is given for simplification without a hysteresis, caused by friction between disks 1 and 2. The cross section of the spikes 8 along their length can be variable (see Fig. 7). 10 Structurally, a torsion absorber may consist of more than that shown in FIG. 2, the number of disks 1 and 2, with the possibility of pairwise relative rotation 15 by means of elastic elements 4 and 5. Execution of elastic elements of a torsion damper from an elastic material and installation with a circumferential gap relative to one of the dis 20 cov- ers with spikes made of elastic material, allows to obtain a better transition characteristic from elastic elements with low rigidity to elastic elements with greater rigidity and 25 to reduce noise and vibration during operation of the torsion damper a. .2 Fig.Z FIG FIG. five .7 Fig.8 M Gra9 9 Compiled by V.
