专利摘要:
The invention relates to an automobile headlight comprising a light source, a reflector and a cover glass, wherein zones of the reflector giving rise to a concentration of the rays reflected on the cover glass are concealed, thus minimizing the heating of the glass, without substantially disturbing the luminous efficacy.

2. Headlight according to claim 1, characterized in that the working zone has a coating of non-reflective material.
3. Headlight pop, 1, characterized in that the reflector provides the invention relates to lighting engineering, in particular to the design of the automobile headlights, and can be used in systems of frontal lighting of vehicles.
The aim of the invention is to improve the thermal regime of the diffuser by excluding from the beam of the dipped-beam beams crossed by the optical axis of the headlamp in the area between the light source and the diffuser.
FIG. 1 shows a car headlight, vertical section; FIG. 2 - headlight with screen, horizontal section; in fig. 3 - reflector, view along the optical axis} in FIG. 4 is a plot of the size of the zone versus the distance between the focus and the diffuser.
The automobile headlight contains a light source 1 with a screen 2 for forming a passing beam edge, a diffuser 3 and a reflector 4 with a non-working area 5 on its surface and a central circular hole 6 for accommodating the light source 1. The non-working area 5 is located on a part of the surface of the reflector 4 involved in the formation of a passing beam, and has the shape of an annular sector adjacent to its central opening 6 with a maximum radial size R "determined by the eclipse of the rays intersecting the optical axis the headlights in the area between the light source and the diffuser according to the dependence shown in FIG. 4 where D is the distance from the reflector focus to
a screen for creating a reflector zone,
4, the headlamp according to claim 3, distinguished by the fact that the screen is made of metal and is in contact with the reflector.

is the diffuser, F is the focal length of the reflector. The non-working area 5 of the reflector 4 has a coating of non-reflective material
The reflector 4 can be provided with a screen 7 to create a non-working zone 5 of the reflector, wherein the screen is made of metal and contacts the surface of the reflector.
The headlamp works as follows. In the mode of operation of the headlamp, the low beam radiation from the light source 1, falling on the reflector 4, is reflected as a converging beam. In this case, the zone 5 of the reflector 4, adjacent to the central circular hole 6 and the imenntsa radial size R, determines the radiation flux, which is most severely affected by the heat on the diffuser 3, therefore, its non-working, i.e., covered a non-reflective coating or a shielded special screen 7 improves the diffuser's heat mode by excluding rays from the flux that intersect on the optical axis of the headlight between the light source 1 and the diffuser 3.
In this case, in the case of preserving the reflecting properties of the reflector or non-ecrashaving of small areas of the zone adjacent directly to the cut edges of the dipped beam and affecting the normalized illumination, the lighting characteristics of the headlamp remain almost unchanged with a significant improvement in thermal conditions.
