FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery industry and can be used in a seeding machine.
A device for sorting and sowing seed material is known. It contains a funnel with a slot in it. the part in which the clamping jaws 3 are installed, forming the outlet opening, and the drive of the expansion tabs lj.
A disadvantage of the known devices is the low productivity when sowing seed.
The purpose of the invention is to increase productivity by sorting the seeds when they are sown.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a device for sorting and sowing seed material containing a funnel with a slot in its lower part, which is installed once (jaws forming the outlet j to drive the jaws vertically and coaxially with the axis of the outlet an air nozzle is installed with a gap to the inner surface of the funnel, not an obstacle to the passage of seed.
At the same time, the air blown is kinematically connected with the drive of its vertical displacement-1X5, and in the lowest position of the nozzle in the funnel, the gap between it and the funnel has a value that prevents the seed from passing through it.
In addition, one of the expanding jaws is rigidly connected to the funnel, and the other is spring-loaded relative to the funnel and is driven through a flat toothed valve moving Guya perpendicular to the axis of the outlet through the opposite side of the valve, .
FIG. 1 shows a device for sorting and sowing seed, general view; FIG. 2 is the same, with the expanding sponge opened in FIG. 3 - funnel I in FIG. 4 - the same, with open unfolding sponges; in FIG. 5, the same, with a single sponge installed hingedly; in fig. 6 - the same with spring

a swivel sponge and flap; in fig. 7 - the same, with one of the options for performing the drive of the hinge expanding sponge; in fig. 8 - position of the air nozzle in the funnel with a gap that prevents the passage of sec.1d; on fng. 9 - the same, with a spreading sponge opened; in fig. 10 - ejector seed; in fig. 11 throttle; FIG. 12 shows the arrangement of the flap in the funnel, top view.
The device contains a housing 1, in which a funnel 2 with slots 3 is made. In the latter, on the hinge 4, ramming jaws 5 are installed. One of the expansion jaws can be rigidly cracked with a funnel. Expanding jaws form, an outlet hole b. A pivotally mounted sponge can be spring-loaded with respect to the housing by a spring 7 or have an actuator 8. .If necessary, the device can be provided with an ejector 9, which is placed on the air nozzle 10. At the bottom of the funnel A flat serrated flap П is installed with a drive 12 for its movement.
The device works as follows.
B. The funnel 2 enters the raised pressure drop 10, through which air is supplied to the funnel to S: e of the lower part, where the jaws are located, Air creates an increased pressure in the funnel, and a slightly reduced area appears in the lower part of the funnel . As a result, the grain is firmly held in the hole, and the other grains rise up above the expanding jaws under the action of the applied pressure. If the squeezing jaws 5 now open, an aperture 6 is formed, through which the grain falls down at the very bottom. At the same time, the ratio of the air flow inside the funnel is changed, and the grains fall down, supported by air. The process of ejection of the lower grain is accelerated by the flow of air from the nozzle 10. The height of the fall of the raised grains is chosen in such a way that the path they pass during the fall is more time than the time required for opening and closing the expansion jaws.
3
The device can work only at certain seed selection rates. At high sampling rates, the height of the fall should be reduced, but there is a danger that the grains will reach the lower end of the expanding jaws before they are closed again.
To eliminate such cases, only one of the expansion jaws is pivotally mounted. This sponge (Fig. 5) is actuated by a flap 11 passing through the funnel. The flap is made in the form of a plug or in the form of a plate with corresponding holes for the passage of air. It is important that the distance between the individual teeth of the valve 11 is chosen so that the grains do not fall between the teeth. In addition, the distance between the edges of the teeth and the walls of the funnel should also be small to prevent falling grains. In the quiescent state, this damper is moved back so much so that its teeth almost completely coincide with the walls of the thieves, i.e. do not enter the inside of the funnel. At the same time, the sponge is closed. The grains lifted by the air flowing in from the nozzle are located above the plane in which the damper moves. If, however, it is necessary to actuate the expansion sponge, then for this purpose the damper 11 is pushed into the funnel by means of the actuator 12 until it reaches the opposite expansion collar. Having overcome the action of the band 7, the valve 11 retracts the expander sponge, and the lowest grain falls through the opening. During this phase, the flap cuts off the top space for the grains, and the falling grains remain lying on the flap. When the damper is pulled back by the actuator 12, the expanding sponge closes and the extended shutter opens a way down for the grains, which, with the expanding sponge closed, again rise up, except for one grain, blocking the lower hole in the funnel. The lifting height of the grains can be reduced, while the sampling rate increases.
If necessary, opening and closing the sponge 5
84
can be carried out by the actuator 8. In this case, the valve 11 only reaches the expanding jaw 5, without touching it, and the distance
between the ends of the flap and the sponge should be so small that the grains could not fall between them.
The flap function can be performed by
and a nozzle 10 with its drive for vertical movement. In the normal position (Fig. 8), there is a gap between the end of the nozzle and the funnel wall, which is sufficient for the grains to be able to
through it to fall. When air is blown, all the grains rise up, with the exception of a single grain that overlaps the outlet. If you now lower the nozzle 10 into the funnel
so that the gap between the end of the nozzle and the walls of the funnel will be smaller than the smallest grain, it is thereby possible to prevent the grains from falling down there. At the same time, you can open the expansion sponge, which will lead to the fall of the lower grain. If the nozzle is raised, up, the whole process starts over.
I
An ejector 9 can be introduced into the nozzle with a drive of its vertical movement. If the nozzle is powered, the ejector may be attached to the nozzle.
Instead of the flap, an asterisk can be used, mounted on the side of the funnel in such a way that it, like a wheel, enters the inside of the funnel while moving the lever
rhythmically up and down in the funnel in accordance with the opening and closing of the expanding sponges. The pusher can be designed as a punch that pushes the bottom grain when
open expansion jaws and preventing the remaining grains from entering the bottom of the funnel. For moving the flap or ejector nozzle can be used.
any drive: pneumatic, hydraulic or electric, as well as mechanical. The control system can be implemented with a time-dependent drive, i.e. opening
the expansion jaw is very fast and the closing is slow so that the lower outlet can be kept open
longer, due to which the fall of the raised grains accelerates. In the device with the flap, it is quickly pulled back, and the hole at the bottom remains open until the sponge closes. “It is necessary to ensure that the grains do not fall into the bottom of the funnel until
until the sponge is fully closed. This can be achieved with the help of an additional hole, which rhythmically opens and closes, and when closing the sponge, the opening of this hole is slow.
