专利摘要:
A torsional damper suitable for use in a friction clutch plate for an automotive vehicle comprises at least two coaxial parts mounted to rotate relative to one another, within a defined range of relative angular movement. Friction means operative between the rotating parts comprise two friction pads constrained to rotate with one part, in rubbing engagement with an axial surface constrained to rotate with the other part. This surface is non-circular in transverse cross-section. Its radius of curvature varies between at least one minimum and at least one maximum. Thus it may be generally oval in shape, for example.

专利说明:

The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the transport engineering industry, and can be used in the structures of friction clutches of automobiles.
The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability and durability by increasing the smoothness of the torque.
Reliability and durability are achieved by making an oval cross-sectional surface of the body member in contact with at least one friction element fixed to an elastic suspension on another body member and placing said friction element against an oval surface portion with a minimum radius of curvature.
FIG. 1 shows a torsion-damping mechanism mainly for automobile clutch discs, a general view, a section; FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1j in FIGS. 3 and 4 are variants for the implementation of a friction element in the form of a pad with an overlay and an elastic suspension; in fig. 5 and 6, sections BB and BB, respectively, in FIG. 3 and 4. The proposed torsion cushioning mechanism mainly for automobile clutch discs contains two hull elements, respectively, in the form of a tubular hub 1 and skin x 2, which are mounted coaxially through inserts 3 and are rotatably connected with the driven and driving shafts ( not shown).
The hub 1 and the casing 2 are connected to one another with the possibility of limited relative angular displacement by means of elastic elements 4 and 5 located in the gap around the circumference and at least one friction element 6,
The casing 2 is formed by two plates 7 and 8, mounted one on another by edges 9 and 10, which are joined by welding. A friction disk 12 is attached to the plate 7 by rivets 11. The edge 9 is made with an inner surface 13 oval in cross section and two pairs of diametrically arranged protrusions 14 and 15 in the form of legs, cut and bent inside in opposite directions around the circumference.

The tubular hub 1 is made with internal splines 16 for connection with a driven shaft and external diametrically opposite slits 17. A trapezoidal shape for connecting with elastic elements 4 and 5 and friction elements 6.
The elastic elements 4 are plates in the form of washers, made with central slots 18 forming radially protruding legs 19 of a trapezoidal shape, as well as with external slots 20 forming elastic cantilever-radius levers 21 and 22, directed circumferentially to opposite ones from legs 19 and made with protrusions 23 at the ends in the form of shoulders in the form of hooks, oriented outward. In order to increase the elasticity, the elements 4 can be made with triangular holes 24 in the zone between the bases of the levers 21 and 22 and the legs 19.
The elastic elements 5 are made in the form of ring springs with ends in the shape of a trapezoidal legs 25 and hooks 26.
Frictional elements 6 are pads with friction linings 27 and elastic suspensions.
28 with trapezoidal legs 29. The radius of curvature of the plates 27 is at least equal to the minimum radius of curvature of the oval surface 13 of the casing 2. The elastic suspensions 28 of the pads are made in the form of plate brackets with elastic bridges 30, which are formed by notches 31 alternating from one side of the plate to the other. Elastic webs 30 can be made S-shaped or wavy.
The mechanism contains four elastic elements 4 in the form of pre-installed washers of various thickness, two elastic elements 5 in the form of ring springs and two friction ones; element 6, which are installed legs 19, 25 and
29 in response trapezoidal slots x 17 of the hub 1 is diametrically opposed to each other, with the hooks 26 of the elastic elements 5 meshed with the projections 14 and 15 of the casing 2, the projections 23 at the ends of the levers 21 and 22 of the elastic elements 4 are freely with a gap relative to the projections
14 and 15 of the casing 2, and the lining 27 of the friction elements 6 are located with
the possibility of contact with the oval surface 13 of the casing 2 opposite to the portions of this surface with minimal radii of curvature.
The friction elements 6 may be one or several and may be evenly or unevenly arranged around the circumference. It is possible to perform an oval surface on the hub 1 and fasten the friction element 6 interacting with it on the casing 2, as well as to make the elastic elements 4 and 5 in the form of helical springs.
The shock-absorbing torsion mechanism, mainly for automobile clutch discs, works as follows.
When the casing 2 is rotated by a torque transmitted from the hub 1 in a direction, for example, counterclockwise (in FIG. 2), this corresponds to operating in the traction mode. First comes into effect one of the elastic elements 5 in the form of an annular spring. Then the protrusions 14 and 15 of the casing 2 are engaged with the protrusions 23 of the elastic elements 4 in the form of washers, and their forces are added to the force developed by one of the elastic elements 5. At the very beginning of the relative angle deviation
090414
between the hub 1 and the casing 2, the friction elements 6 have no effect. As this angular deviation increases, the friction elements 5 and 6 are pressed more and more against the oval in cross section of the surface 13 of the casing 2, developing an increasing force. When working in reverse mode, the angular deviation between
The rotating parts are reversed, and a process similar to that described occurs, with another elastic element 5 in the form of a ring spring 15 first taking effect. The implementation of the S-shaped elastic web 30 of the friction elements 6 makes it possible to develop various forces depending on the direction of rotation.
20 The proposed device, compared with the prototype and the basic object, has a relatively small rigidity at small values of torque, and on the other hand,
It gives the opportunity to increase stiffness as it increases. In addition, the device is more reliable, durable, and noiseless, as it allows 30 to perceive oscillations of torque and load more smoothly.
