The invention relates to drive mechanisms for moving a car window. The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of operation and ensure compactness. The device for raising and lowering the car window contains a hollow body 1 fixed to the support plate 2. The support plate 2 has an opening 3 communicating with the cavity 4 of the housing 1. The exemplary embodiment in Fig. 6 corresponds to Fig. 1, however, along the circumference of the wheel 6, grooves are provided, formed by the spiral-shaped notches 31, into which the rope 32, which is a pulling member, is laid. The embodiment shown in FIG. 7 also corresponds to the example of FIG. 1, however, the grooves are formed by teeth 33, which are made around the periphery (outer surface) of the gear 6. The tooth 33 interacts with the geometric closure with the teeth 34 of the gear rod 35 (see FIG. 8). The rod can be made of polymer / steel or steel. The wheel 6 and the body 1 are made of a polymeric material, in particular of RUM (trade name derlin 100), or of a molded product, in particular of aluminum or 1 cast.
