专利说明:

1117 The invention relates to equipment for rewinding lengthy materials, namely, devices for simultaneously winding several moving strips of material into a roll. The purpose of the invention is to improve ease of maintenance and reliability. FIG. 1 shows a general view of the device; in fig. 2 - the same, at the moment of the beginning of the movement of strips of material by a belt conveyor; in fig. 3 - the same, at the moment of the engagement of the core of the roll with the driving drum. The winding device consists of a belt conveyor 1 placed on the guide rollers 2. The belt of the belt conveyor moves in the direction of the arrows by means of a driving drum 3 driven by a motor. The device has a pair of levers 4 mounted rotatably around the axis 5. The levers 4 have slots for mounting the core of the rudder over the drive drum 3. As the strips move, the device has another pair of levers 6 with the socket for the core 7 connected to the drive 8 for moving them to the position for removing the wound rolls. The levers 4 are driven 9 to move them from the position of the core and wind the first turns to the position of the coil in the sockets of the second pair of levers. In order for the core of the roll 10 not to fall out, a clamping lever 11 with a drive 12 is installed. During operation, when a plurality of rolls of the number of respective strips of material are initially rolled onto the core, the roll 10 moves from the drum 3 to the slots of the levers 4, which are located under an angle of 45 ° to the vertical, their weight becomes larger and is perceived by the levers 6, which rotate with respect to the axis 13. The auxiliary lever is mounted on the frame. The transfer angle levers 14 are in the lower position (Fig. 1) and the conveyor belt 1 transports strips of material to the roll core. Due to the speed at which the roll diameter increases during the winding process, the roll soon reaches the desired dimensions. In continuous operation, it is assumed that a new coil should start, the transfer arms move. c upwards (fig. 2). The hydraulic cylinders 12 are retracted in this way by turning the clamping lever 11 upward from the path so that the roll is located at the top of the vertically positioned nests of the levers 4 (Fig. 2). The latter are positioned so that the necks of the core of the roll 10 are placed on them and supported on the shoulder 15, which is part of one of the two sides of the frame 20. In this position, on the top of the shoulders 15 there is a gap between the surface of the core of the roll and the drum 3, through which the belt moves conveyor belt The levers of the hydraulic cylinders 12 act to locate the rollers of the clamping levers 11 on the upper part of the necks of the roll core to hold them in the levers 4. All this time or material strips are wound into a roll located on the vertical levers 6 as described, or placed on the surface of a conveyor belt. The hydraulic cylinders 9 then move the transfer roller of the angular lever 14 upward in order to direct the belt conveyor movements partially around the surface of the coil core. When the transfer lever rotates upward, a plurality of material strips begin to be wound into a common roll 16. When the transfer angle levers 14 rotate from an intermediate position (FIG. 2) to their highest position (FIG. 3), the gear wheel 17 on the shaft 18 rotates levers 4 counterclockwise through toothed sector 19 so that: the surface of the core of the roll is lowered in movement; it is in contact with the moving conveyor belt 1 on the surface of the drum .3 (Fig. 3). If a new core is installed, while the previous roll 16 ends, the strips are cut with a knife attached to the transfer levers 14 despite the fact that the transfer levers are essentially in the position shown in FIG. 2. The lanes can be separated 3 by tension created at the moment when the transfer roller forces the belt to go up (ore 16 is on levers 6). During rotation of the transfer levers 1D, the belt tension is maintained by a tension roller, which is installed between the branches of the conveyor with the possibility of rotation in a pair of levers for rotation around the axis 21 of the roller holder mounted on the rack 22. After the conveyor belt begins wrapping the strips around the roll core (Fig. 3), the transfer arms 14 rotate down to the position shown in Fig. 1. The levers 4 move the roll core 604 by 45 counterclockwise around the surface of the drive drum 3, where the shaft at one of the two ends of the roll core engages the levers 6. The increasing roll diameter ultimately causes the roll axes to go out of the sockets 4 and enter the cages of the levers 6. During the early stages of the formation of new rolls of strips, the core of the roll is driven by its frictional engagement with a moving belt conveyor, which is alternately driven by the drum 3. Used This device will improve the ease of maintenance and reliability of its work.
