The aim of the invention is to facilitate the insertion of the device and prevent injury to the vaginal walls. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a device containing a body made of biologically inactive elastic material, in which active substances are introduced into the mass, the body is made in the form of a star of constant thickness, whose rays have a constant width, and the ends and their edges are rounded, the star is provided with a cord-manipulator, which is fixed in its center or connected to the ends of the star's rays with the help of flexible connections.
